1) Insufficient power sockets in the bedroom/living area. The only sockets I could find were beside the bed, so I had to either sit on my bed or move the table on which I place my laptop right next to the bed. It would also be helpful to have an electric socket at the back of the open shelves, to enable computer and mobile phones to be placed on a shelf and charged overnight. I had to perch my laptop on the small bedside table to use the power point beside the bed. 2) Also there was only one bed side light, on the side furthest from where I got into the double bed: why not have a light on both sides of the bed to control lighting in the bedroom/living area ? 3) My room had a balcony, but no means to get onto it. There was only a window which opened. 4) None of the taps (kitchen sink, shower or wash basin in the bathroom) had markings to show hot and cold (a general problem in French hotels).

1) Great location: close to two tram stops direct from the airport and into the city; close to Carrefour City; close to Stade Chaban-Delmas (I had come to Bordeaux for a rugby match) 2) Quiet apartment on the 8th floor. 3) Good-sized bathroom. 4) Good shower. 5) Excellent buffet breakfast. 6) Very helpful staff.

No bed lamps and the corridor gets a bit creepy at night because there aren’t lights everywhere so at some point I felt like I was in the ‘Shining’ 😹

I loved the comfort! Also, free parking around on weekends! Decent for your Bordeaux visit and good design, very tasteful. All conveniences available!

Shower temperature not stable. Very dim light in bedroom. I came for work but could not study at all. breakfast ok but pricy for what is served. No fresh fruit. no eggs. No simple plain muesli (only kids sweet cereals.) Industrial bread.Cheep cheese.

The cleaning service is not clear. Although it is an aparthotel, during our stay of 11 nights the room was never cleaned or the sheets and towels changed. The toiletry supplies were not refilled. We were not provided enough information as to how to requests those services. The service would improve is there was a lounge type room. The breakfast room has a good size, however, even out of breakfast time, guests are not allowed to spare time in the room.

Excellent location for our purposes. The kitchenette was well equipped and the rooms' size adequate. The beds were comfortable and of good size. Adequate temperature for our needs.

The facilities are not new but are in good conditions. It is helpful to have some note near the electric stove so you can remember the off position ( it may be removed due to cleaning through years). A sharp knife would be helpful (didn't found it).

The staff was friendly. I left my bags in a room (locked, only staff had jey) for free so we could see the city until the plane. When we came to pick them they opened another room so I could sort things and reduce bags number for plane. That was super helpful. Location: near ( in the street behind , less than 200m) tram line and buses. It has laundry machine and dryer. It needs to install the laundry app ok phone to pay. The prices are ok and detergent is included (inside machine). It is a room with a kitchnette in a small space (between room and bathroom). It has a small dishwasher and refrigerator though. Good space in shower. The water has good pressure, and hot/cold water is stable. There are incastrated wardrobes with sliding doors with lots of space (also with hangers )

A maintenance chap had to unblock the shower tray and had to ask again to get it sorted but apart from that all fine.

Far enough outside the city but well served by the tram. Lovely room with the small kitchen.

For the price the quality of facilities is not great. The water current in the shower is very bad for example. The air in the hallway was extremely bad.

Bathroom was full of mold and hair. Dark room, not enough light. Window View on cemetery.

Very friendly staff, they did earlier check in without extra payment. Location is also very good. Quite district but close to city centre (15-20min waking), tram station to airport.

The apartment looks as if it’s not been modernised since the 1960s, and looked very tired. Particularly the bathroom and the galley area… so not very inviting

There was a fridge in the apartment that made an awful noise.

As it was Saturday night there was free parking outside. The breakfast was also good value.

Location was too far from the city center, 40 minutes walk, but 10 minutes by tram. When we arrived we were informed thet there is no hot water and we got 30 EUR discount.

the little kitchen was good to use the space in the bedroom area was in good satisfaction the bed had good comfort the nearness to the tram station and to a morning open boulangerie was perfect

Fridge was defrosted and when we opened it smell was unreal....line a rotten meat! Need more cleaning in details like that and in bathroom was smell of sewage. Wending machine downstairs was nearly empty so nothing to drink water or juice...

Nice apartment with reception and if you arrive late you get code for key. Comfortable and not too far from centre. Hotels and bars around.

It was abit pricey but as there was a world cup on I understand why it would be

The apartment had everything we needed and they really saved us as we had a last min cancellation of an apartment so was happy to stay here
