You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SlovakiaResidence Saletta Mare is perfect place for holiday. It is very modern and new accomodation, very well furnished and fully equipped. The staff is very helpfull. If you ask for some travel tips, they will cover you with an abundance of informations. Beach and sea is in walking distance, app. 10 minutes walk. Also city center is on walking distance. Beach is really great, the entrance to the sea is very gradual, optimal for children. We enjoyed our summer family vacation and can recommend Saletta Mare.

SlovakiaWe have been here for the second time and it is still comfortable, amazingly clean. Excellent location (beach, promenade, center) but still quiet environment. You can order breakfast, or they will deliver pastries to your door. Parking in the garage. We will come back again.

Czech RepublicThe accommodation is in a great location, really only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach, the town quiet and nice, a good place also for trips to other beautiful beaches and to the west and inland. The accommodation is clean, well equipped, large terrace with sea view and indoor garage, there is also a washing machine in the property. Possibility to buy very tasty breakfasts or order bakery delivery - although this is already a luxury, it is really a short walk to the bakery. The overflow pool is also great.

Czech RepublicWe were very satisfied. You can see the beach from the balcony and the residence is maximum 40 meters from the nearest one. The appartment is big enough for 4 members family and there is everything what you need for your stay. There is also very nice pool. There are many nice beaches around the city (not more than 20 minutes by car). We can fully recommend this accomodation.
