Nothing we did not like. It was all good.

Very quiet room, immaculate bed sheets, very comfortable as were the pillows. Great shower with lashing of hot water. The property sits just 5 minutes from the centre on foot across a nice park and has great access from the main road artery routes. The kitchen area is functional and clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Insufficient infrastructure to deal with hot weather. To use laundry, you have to download an app + pay 20 euros. No bottle opener.

Our room was very comfortable and fitted out with everything you need to cook a meal although it's a 5 min walk to the pedestrian mall where all the restaurants begin in the Centre of town. It's right next to the train station but with the windows closed you didn't hear the trains. Parking was convenient and next door to the hotel. It's an easy walk to the Champagne houses which are mostly all close to each other for tours. We didn't try the breakfast

The hotel is next to the railway tracks and the train basically stops right in front of your window. This is great if you love trains, but it also means you will hear loud train noises from 5:30 in the morning until 22:30 at night. The windows and blinds do a pretty good job to keep sun, light and also noise out, but if it's hot you'll like to open the windows at night. So if you like to sleep in the morning, this might not be the room for you. Or ask for a room on the other side of the building.

The room, kitchen and bathroom are spacious. The bed was pretty good and there were two windows that can be fully opened. The (outdoor) private parking is appreciated. The hotel is 5 minute walk from the station and from the center of the city and also easy to reach by car. Note that not all navigation maps have the situation mapped correctly. From the highway, you access the hotel easiest via Rue de Trianon.

No air con! The room was sooooo warm! There was a fan but didn’t do a lot, very poor sleep due to being so hot, we checked out early as couldn’t stand to be in the room any longer!

Having to walk round a block to hotel even though you can see it from main street. No a/c but fan in room, though not needed, it was cold for August outside...16-18 degrees. Heaters not needed. Entrance is at end of drive in and not on the street...but basically these are all minor issues.

Nice size studio, good bed and pillows. Quiet, asked for quiet room and was given park side which is excellent...stored luggage as no storage at station. Could use it for a longer stay and be happy. Bus stop nearby or more at station.
