The address on booking.com is WRONG - it is BOULEVARD Commandant Kieffer not AVENUE and so we ended up in the wrong town in the middle of the night. Very small room, smaller than others we saw into. Is that the price of using Booking.com?

Really excellent service from the reception staff. I had a mistake in my booking but was treated with kindness and respect when I checked in. The problem was resolved with grace and dignity. Later, I had some medical issues, and again, the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom whilst not dirty was ready for a deep clean. We never ate at the restaurant as the menu was a bit limited, however we had drinks at the bar and the bartender was serving lots of people at the same time as us. He was very pleasant helpful and efficient.

nitpicking here but the restaurant’s options for kids - it does have a kids menu but it’s basically burger or fish with pasta/potstoes/rice - no salad or vegetables with the kids meals. however our kids were perfectly happy with the dessert!

location for Brittany Ferries. fabulous spa. coffee machines and good size mugs in room. very comfortable beds

My mother could not use the shower. There was a fold down seat but no handles, grips, or non-slip mats. It may have been OK for someone in a wheelchair but was not appropriate for her (or, I think, for most disabled people).

I had my mother with me who has very limited mobility. We had a disabled bedroom. It was very comfortable and there was a raised toilet with a grip bar.

The welcome by the receptionists was excellent with everyone smiling and greeting us. We didn't have the opportunity to sample the facilities as we only stayed one night but the comfort and spare in the room was of a good standard. The facilities to charge our electric car were very good.

When room cleaned tea and coffee not topped up and all that seemed to be done was bed made a minor thing

Not so keen on the dinner. The grapes in the fruit salad were huge and contained lots of pips. Breakfast selection was excellent although I thought 18€ per person was rather expensive - depends how much you eat of course!

Brilliant location being so close to the beach. Loved the pool. Bedroom was spacious and spotless. There was a fridge and safe, a tv in each room. Coffee machine. Plenty of hanging and storage space.

The rooms are tiny, like a two-star hotel. the bathrooms were so small only one person at a time can fit. The air circulation in the rooms especially was not very good, the towels and bathrobes don’t dry and it was necessary to use the air conditioning all the time. The carpet in the room had an old, stale smell that you noticed as soon as you entered the room.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. The spa facilities are really nice.

Arrived at Hotel Reception after a long and arduous car journey to be told there was no booking for our accommodation, necessitating our proving via the Booking.com App that we had made a reservation (no easy task given our poor French and the Receptionist not able to speak a word of English). Then told at the Bar that no reservation had been made for us for the Restaurant and that we could not be accommodated until late evening, again necessitating our proving that a request for an early evening table had been made at the time of booking - ultimately resulting in an early evening table being made available to us and a pleasant meal ensuing. The toilet in the Hotel Bedroom was in its own separate, but extremely small, room with an inward opening door which made life pretty awkward.

Hotel is well located for the beach and car ferry. Hotel room was functional and clean (although see below). This Hotel seems principally used for its Spa Facilities by a predominantly French client base (judging by car registrations in the Hotel Car Park).
