Excellent location, very convenient for trams and train station. Lots of great restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the seafront. Staff most helpful and accommodating. Clean, comfortable and secure. Very well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Truthfully, there was nothing to dislike

I appreciated Studios Florial great location in the city, which was a short walk to the tram station, line 2, which serves the airport and the port. There was also a great market called Liberation Market close by which was open every day selling fresh produce. Restaurants, cafe bars, department stotes and much more were also walking distance. The old town is reached by a nice coastal walk, which also leads to an easy hike up a hill with a castle and waterfall. We'll worth the climb. Studios Florial benefits from all the attractions of Nice being on its doorstep while at the same time it is very quiet indoors. I slept like a log. The room where I stayed met all my needs. It was also nice to be greeted by Rachel, the host on my arrival, and I appreciated being able to book in a little earlier. It is also important to mention. as a solo traveller, I felt safe staying at Studios Florial

As it was in the main shopping street of Nice, it had a bit of traffic noise.

Rachel the owner made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. Great location you could walk everywhere. Studio was well equipped with cooking utensils and a few extra things. It was nice to have a proper double mattress in the bed and not two singles put together.

The apartment had a kind of smell once the windows were closed, coming from the Chinese restaurant under. But once we opened the window, we hardly could sleep due to the very noise street, cross roads, tram just under our window and we could hear the train, too. The street was cleaned with noise machine around 1am etc.

Nice little apartment, close to the main train station, tram was just in front of the apartment. Lots of shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment has everything inside. The bathroom is also good and clean. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful.

Very accommodating hosts. The studio had everything we needed, and it was a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The location was handy to the train station, tram to the airport and the central city.

The only bad thing was that the studio next to ours is used from a family as a kitchen. They were frying each night something on an open door and the smell was coming into our room.

The studio is situated right on the main pedestrian street in Nice, 3mins walking to the train station. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The host is a very friendly woman who speaks English. The atudio was warm and clean. We definitely recommend it especially because of it's location!

- No extractor hood in the kitchen. - A lot of noice from the street. This was duable when the doors of the balcony are closed.

Good location close to the central station. Kitchen was okay equiped. Staff was really kind. It was clean. Balcony with sunshine in the morning was lovely.

Only minor things like construction across the road, but the sound blocking windows once closed meant we couldn't hear a thing. A washing machine would be a handy improvement.

The toilet room was really small but not a lot you can do about it

The room was absolutely spotless and even though on the Main Street, surprisingly quiet through the night. 15 minutes walk down to the sea front but not an issue for us

Very thin walls.

They made the best of the property for their guests. Toiletries and kitchen facilities available. Decor was nice and a gorgeous window overlooking the high street. Thoughtful to provide ear plugs to us due to unexpected overnight works being done outside. Made sure we had everything we needed.

A bit of a delay in my review as I am travelling but we all enjoyed the floreal very much the lady waited for you was great and the lady we booked with help us with anything we needed the transport system was literally outside the studio

Amazingly friendly staff and comfortable room for a solo traveler. I had everything that I needed and even more. Also great location to explore Nice centre.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious and contains a kitchen area and fridge. It is just a short walk from the central train station, which is ideal for those (like me) wishing to make a day trip to Monaco. Rachel was very courteous and helpful with my arrival and departure. I would stay here again and recommend Studios Floreal.

Rachel was lovely always responded to messages, the reception I was given was wonderful. The lady who assisted in Rachel's absence was a dream and an asset. I should have asked her name. The apartment was cosy. I felt safe and slept well. I loved the walk from the apartment to main square. It made me happy as beautiful Nice did. Jo. X

An excellent value apartment right by the main train station in Nice. Nice and airy, with enough equipment for a longer stay if need be. Very accommodating and welcoming staff - even sort led a local restaurant booking for us.

The room is very clean and even have an air con and a fan in the room. Location is good, near the train station, only need 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. Surprisingly, even though it's by the main street and near the train station, it's still pretty quiet. The staffs are really nice, they will give you a very clear instructions if you arrive late.
