The name on the hotel and the name on Booking.com were different!!!Took us an hour to find!!No One had heard of it. THis was very annoying since we were told it was a short waalk from the station. It WAS but the name was wrong on the front of the hotel!!!Very confusing.

The room was small with a small window as in the eaves, the bathroom had a pocket door, so it was definitely not suitable for a couple (I was on my own). The WiFi is intermittent. It works fine and then just disconnects, but you have to type in the password every time to reconnect, a bit of a faff, but not the end of the world. I mentioned it to them, and they said they know and are trying to get another provider.

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the station, near to the 'centre' where there are shops, bars, restaurants and various sites to visit. The staff are very friendly (the women anyway), and when I came back to pick up bag, I was offered a coffee/tea while I waited.

I had a little problem with the TV when I arrived. The breakfast area is small, but this didn't interfere with the whole experience.

It's a good hotel in Nantes. It is not that close to the city center, but that far either. The breakfast was ok as well. It is a calm place to sleep. Simple but modern.

Send me a meesage in english but below that message was another one in french which I didnt translate it was for our late arrival to call them for codes?? When tralised on plane we had to call urgently? These codes should have been sent to us ditectly on secure messaging? Otherwise we would have been in the street sleeping? Shame as good

We arrived very late so the codes to access was easy to find. All comfortable and clean rooms lovatoon is excellent easy walk to castle and cafe bars. Great as we needed to catch train and station 5 mins walk staff helpful and friendly.

There was no working Wi-fi unfortunately. For one night it was acceptable, but for more than one night that might be a problem. There were also noises coming from the other room; which was disturbing while trying to relax.

The vibe in the street of the hotel is not that nice as expected as well as in the foyer and dining room. The elevator was not working during my stay (2 nights) and it seemed somebody before me has been smoking in the room and that felt kinda penetrating.

Really centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the main train station and cosy historic city centre. It seems the bathroom has been renovated recently, thumbs up for the cleaniness. Breakfast is basic but good, nice this is included in the rate.

There was not enough light in the room. They did not refill the toilet paper and soap until we told them. The morning was only one person to refill the breakfast and in the reception at the same time. (very friendly Anda fast guy but still one). No good wifi.

The staff was very friendly. The location is 10 minutes from the city center, close to UL building, castle and busses and tram.

Room is not great, no space at all to put clothes, no air conditioning and no fridge for cold drinks. So not the best place in hot weather.

Location, location, location! Just around the corner from castle, train station, park etc. Perfect. Comfortable enough beds. Breakfast fine and kettle in room.
