Unfortunately the access door to the room system is not working well and we came to reception to fix couple of times as the door didn't open. In the bar the beer machine is not working as it stopped half the glass. So bit disappinment, however, the staffs were good and they offered tinned beer as a replacement

The hotel is good and great location despite bit away from the town center.

It was written that there is a swimming pool in the hotel but there was none. Or there was one in neighbouring hotel and we had to pay.

Receptionist rude or with limited English vocabular. Person could use some comunicațional training especially when asking for deposit and don't know how to say what is it for. He made us stand there for another 15min and almost sounded like he was threatening us with no room if we don't give the deposit for God know what. Please teach your staff members some English.

A place to sleep after 14 hours of driving.

location. Room was spacious , bed comfortable but not luxurious. Had a balcony which was good. The main complaint was the noise from the road outside

not quite 4 stars. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. Alexi was very good In getting us the room we wanted. swimming pool was great. Breakfast was ok- nothing to rave about. 10-15 min walk into town or €8 taxi. A 50 minute hike to the lake. The Spa was at the hotel next door which was excellent. Had dinner at this hotel as well and the food and service was excellent

It would have been really nice to have a mini fridge in the room, especially in the family room for the children's food.

Spa facilities seemed under construction for renovations.

Nice location. 4 min drive from the city center. Plenty of parking spots. Good overnight stop on the route south.

A long walk to city center and to far from the lake for a walk.

Great breakfast, very convenient and free parking, room is large enough and excellent mattress, good bathroom.

Very small portions at dinner. Quite expensive for what they offer - pool was not available, Spa had to be paid extra.

Restaurants were closed

Room was good size, bright and clean. Breakfast was buffet cantine style with a very good selection to satisfy all tastes. Staff was professional and helpful. Location is quite out of town & away from ports and lake. Onsite restaurants are closed Sunday/Monday so we had to drive for 10-15 minutes for our meals in the evening.

A bit too far to walk easily into the town

Good restaurant in nearby associated hotel. Nice breakfast. Not too far from the town. Great grounds for a walk, and a food truck if you wanted to picnic outside into the evening.

There wasn’t really anything I disliked but there was just one thing that was puzzling. I asked at reception for a map of the town and they said that they didn’t have one but when I asked a different member of staff later in the day a map was given to me gladly!

I felt very comfortable here and would definitely go again. It was a convenient walk into the centre for dinner and I loved the surrounding area with the park and the open spaces.

Unf. we did not allocate time to enjoy the wellness.

We found it a nice IBIS hotel. The Mercure Bar and Restaurant just around the corner was good value for money. The staff in each the Hotel and the Restaurant were helpful and friendly. The hotel room was quit spacious and clean, the beddings comfortable. The parking outside for our motorbikes was free of charge and guarded.

Rather disappointed by restaurant facilities. Expected a basic cafe style restaurant on site with pizza, burgers, sandwiches etc to cover lunch times. Also no basic restaurant for evening meals. Meant having to eat out every night.

Breakfast was very comprehensive and delicious. Swimming pool and surrounds fabulous. Room very comfortable and excellent to have a balcony.

the restaurant was closed on a Sunday and I just wish it was made clear before I booked it as I was in motorbike and really need something to eat .
