Very noisy plumbing. Toilet flush broken and not fixed properly. Room shabby. Bathroom was an all-in-one module and small.

Friendly staff. Clean linen. Room cleaned daily.

A simple drink making facility in the room would be nice, a kettle to make tea or coffee as travelling can be tiring. Our room was right against the road so traffic noise can be loud. The bathroom is peculiar. Shower very small.

The staff were very friendly, the location is convenient to access paris with Metro a short walk up the road

The bathroom was a little small and it took some time to get used to it since it wasn't a traditional bathroom. More like a shower/toilet cabin on a train.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was very good. I would stay there again but maybe in a room with a bigger bathroom.

It would be better if provide a water boiler in the room. I wish there is a sucking fan installed in the shower because the moist after a show got nowhere to go and the smell from the sewer is kind of noticible.

The location was very good. Subway station is within a walking distance of 10 minutes.From there it is very convenient to go to any point of interest. Many shops and restaurants near by, I was glad it is easy to go around. The staff is friendly and helpful.

the room is very small. The bathroom is very small. There is no AC in the room so you need to sleep with the windows open. Fortunately it was chilly at night. I would not stay there if I was with my wife as the room is too small for two people.

it was reasonably priced and easy to get to the metro station. My room faced the back of the hotel so there was little noise.

The room wasn’t super spacious, the stairs were narrow and the hotel interior wasn’t updated aside from the bed.

I liked the location (10 minute walk from the nearest station), the bed and the radiator.

The hotel room served me well for what I needed. It was always clean, the staff was helpful and nice and the location is just 5 minutes from the city centre of Boulogne, so if you do not expect 5 star quality, then you will be surely content.

Pictures on web site not reflective of room room VERY dated, bathroom was a sealed unit like in a caravan, probably only 3 foot in diameter, luckly im not a big fellow, because if I were, it may have been an issue. Our room was located overlooking main road and was very noisy with heavy traffic. Finally if you do book, please dont get breakfast, cornflakes were inedible, no toast or fresh fruit. I think i had a glass of OJ and a piece of baguette

2 things going for this property staff and location check in staff were lovely were help full and wanted to be of assistance 2nd we booked for one night, to go to PSG game and was 20 minute walk to stadium and metro for central Paris

The room was small, not clean, few things broken and not as expected according to the pictures when booking hotel.

I liked how closely situated we were to the Marcel Sembat metro station, making it easy to reach any of the attractions and reach central Paris.
