The shower was a little awkward to get into.. but it was fine. It took a little while to get hot water through the shower in the morning.

Very nice room. It was large, clean, quiet, and opened to the courtyard. Hard to believe it was so close to the train station. Excellent staff. They let us store our bags after we checked out for the afternoon. There was no AC, but we were given a fan and our room was downstairs and cool enough anyway. There was a large TV.

I had so many unexpected transportation problems coming to back the city that day and so my arrival was late. In that condition, however, the receptionist was offered his help me with his warmest welcome, he saved my life! I can’t thank Giovani enough for his kindest welcoming! The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended to stay and relax at this hotel:)

Friendly staff with good recommendations of cafés and restaurants. The breakfast was great with a fantastic choice of types of bread, fruit and great coffee. There was a fan and a kettle in room. I arrived early and they let me leave my case until time for check in at 3pm. Only 5 minutes from the train station and close to the centre.

The area around the train station where the hotel is located is not terrific.

Nice hotel. Very convenient when travelling by car. Great parking for free in front of the hotel as well as a reasonably priced public parking garage 20 m from the hotel.

Excellent location for an overnight stop - very easy access to the Autoroute but also perfectly located in the city centre just a few steps from the railway station and the old town. The staff were fantastic and the room was simple but comfortable. Breakfast was extra and adequate, if a bit basic.

Coffee. We stayed in 6 different hotels in the Loire. This one was the only one that didn’t offer an espresso based coffee. Just poor quality filter/instant. No hot option apart from using the toaster! We went out for breakfast the 2nd day

Not very practical for disabled visitors several steps at the entrance and no lift inside.

Breakfast was good and location perfect, very near the railway station and walking distance from the Old Quarter. Convenient under ground car park nearby 13 euros overnight.

The mattress was very firm which suits us, however it was probably just a bit too firm!

We loved our charming room and we felt welcomed, were given helpful information and advice, and enjoyed the extra little touches with the breakfast. It was a delightful stay despite the difficult national situation going on.

Room was musty and dusty. Needed to request cleaning, especially under the beds, because huge dust balls were skittering around the floor. Despite additional cleaning, smell and dust remained. Room had no aircondition, as previously we were informed, but the electric fan would not be sufficient during summer. Not for people with large suitcases, as the hotel is a walk-up.

Location next to train station and tourist office. 15 minute walk to various high streets and historic center. Large room for France, with a pleasant view of the common garden. Bathroom very clean. Mattresses were amazingly comfortable, and we had excellent sleep. Receptionist was very kind and gave our toddler mini-pastries to-go.

Open bath might not work if you travel with friends. After flushing the toilet it made a loud sound (going towards the radiator). I was on the 1st floor, facing a busy street, but you could hardly hear it.
