Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

The carpet had a lot of old stains.
It is a nice hotel. 2 minutes walk to Parly 2 shopping center. Nice clean rooms. Good simple breakfast. Nice people.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim because there was no ceiling light, only ones on the headboards of the beds. Although lighting in the bathroom was first class. we did have a problem with the sink plug that stuck and would not drain, but that is nit picking.
Breakfast had a large selection of food,to suit all tastes. The room was cleaned daily,and coffee and tea replenished. The restaurant and bar were spotless, all staff were very pleasant and helpful. free secure parking was a bonus, I will return.

The room felt ok but a little stuffy and dark. It could use a bit of an upgrade.
The location was good for making a stop along the way to visit Paris and Versaille (make sure to book tickets ahead!!), parking was excellent and a bonus was the huge shopping mall right next door. The girl working at the desk was super friendly and helpfull and explained how to get to Paris by public transport.

Even though there were EV charges nearby in the streets, I missed the option to re-charge my car in the Hotel.
Simple but enough for short stays, clean and comfortable. For the price, it's was a very good deal.

We requested a room with bathtub (which we received, grateful!), but the tub was a step up from the ground, and both my husband and I almost slipped stepping out of the shower/tub. A handle on the wall by the tub exit would be safer.
The closeness to Hospital Parly 2 was my main concern, and it was walking distance. Additionally, it was walking distance from a main bus stop and the Westfield shopping mall! So getting groceries and small travel items were easy to do! If we would have wanted to go to the Palace of Versailles, the bus ride there was about 15 min - very easy. The breakfast was satisfactory and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast staff was very kind and cheerful! The afternoon and evening front desk staff were kind and friendly as well!

No restaurant. The price was higher than expected. I believed that I had booked a bed and breakfast rate but was told no breakfast. An additional €17 per person was high even though the breakfast was excellent.
Breakfast choice was excellent. Bar available.

Small range of snacks to purchase from reception - they could have offered more. The bar seemed to be closed the whole time we were there.
Clean, functional room with everything we needed and no more. Good choice for breakfast.

The first room we occupied had a leaky WC and a cracked toilet seat. That should have been spotted by house-keeping BEFORE the room was allocated. The bar was advertised as open EVERY evening but was disappointingly NOT open on the Monday evening (24 April 2023) when we had planned to have aperitifs with friends!
The breakfast was first-class, if a bit pricey. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

The carpet in the bedroom seemed to have seen better days. Room a bit blunt in decor. Breakfast seemed pricey so we decided not to have it at hotel. Lifts quite small. Not enough lighting in bedroom.
We booked this hotel for one night only. It was rather close to Versailles Palace and offered parking so it was convenient. Staff was very polite and pleasant. Generally speaking we had good night sleep at this hotel . Happy with the quite comfortable bed and the powerful shower.
