The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Rooms were huge and very well decorated. Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Excellent location. Great value for money.

Very convenient location on the main street up from the station to the city centre. The room was comfortable and more spacious than I'd expected, quiet and clean. I was glad to have the 24 hour reception because I arrived in the early hours of the morning and was able to check straight into my room.

The hotel is very comfortable, close to the train station and Arena centre. The room was excellent as was the breakfast. Above all really welcoming staff! We wiuld definitely book this hotel again and highly recommended.

Rooms facing the main street was a bit loud but I was able to change to a room facing the courtyard and then everything was good. I would also recommend that leisure facilities be added to the available services (in-house spa and pool). These could have made the experience even better.

Genuinely nothing

The hotel is very old and has been tastefully converted into a modern hotel but retaining the buildings charm and character. Located 2 minutes from the centre of the old town makes it a great place to explore from. We were there just before Christmas and the decorations in the hotel and especially the courtyard were magical. Our room was spacious and had a sofa bed for the kids, free Wi-Fi and a TV as well as a Nespresso machine. Our room had a large balcony over looking the courtyard. Buffet breakfast we the best we had on our holiday with lots of variety.

The hotel and its staff were great hosts for us during our time in Verona. The room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable, we overlooked the pretty courtyard and were given complimentary drinks and Panettone for our anniversary. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive and the minibar (refilled daily) was the best touch. The breakfast was delicious. The location was just a short stroll away from the city sights.

We found the room a bit small for the cost and we we had a hard time some of the days of our stay in our hallway and in breakfast with very small children running and screaming very loud, I believe the hotel should bring breakfast in the room for such small children and parents or create an area for them to be occupied so the guests can eat or sleep without the loud noises

It became very warm especially at night and you couldn’t open the window, however, once the staff where aware of the issue, they turned down the heating and also gave us a key to the window.

Location is everything and this hotel was perfect for us, as train travellers and it was also close to the old Town, so a win win! The staff were extremely helpful, and polite and our room was clean, comfortable and also it had the one queen size bed that wasn’t divided into two beds as often is the way in Europe. The room was smaller than I expected, but not a big problem really. It is something that you have to consider when you have luggage. The breakfasts are fabulous and the coffee very good!

The check in process was smooth and Elisabetta was so welcoming and kind to us. Location is great and can easily walk to town. Rooms size works for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. The complimentary minibar in the room was generous. Would defeinitely recommend this hotel to others.

Italian shower fixture was difficult to use. If they reminded instructions for Americans, that would’ve been helpful. Had to ask the staff how to turn the shower on.

I rate the hotel itself as a place positively I think we will return to it again if we are in Verona - there is no point in looking for another place if this is good enough. The only thing I missed about Verona itself was on the recommendation of the hotel we went to a restaurant quite close by in which the food and wine was very average. But maybe for the future it would be worth choosing slightly more qualified partners?

For the seasoned traveller, many things may not be perfect - parking in front of the hotel is difficult, valet parking is a piece behind the hotel, the room is not ideal, you wait 25 min for a coffee at the bar in the afternoon.... but all this disappears when you get to know the people working there and find that it is a very pleasant place. Both the gentleman manager and later the very nice lady manager took our needs and adapted the room to our requirements. The bar turned out to be a nice place with decent coffee although it is a place to improve thoughts after all we are in Italy.... The hotel is located in the right place very close to all the attractions in fine weather the walk is very pleasant.
