Food both breakfast and dinner were excellent, room was great, we had a shared twin. Swimming pool and sauner were great especially after a big day in the hills Great location just out of the main area, free shuttle service to the hotel from the ferry!!

Sorry but nothing really as our stay was perfect for us.

A fantastic place in great surroundings, we took Cora our springer spaniel who loved it. The place is so dog friendly which suited us immensely with lots of treats and special places to wash & dry your dog if the weather is not very nice. Our room was perfect, breakfast and dinner very good indeed and the staff amazing making it that more special.

Great accommodation. Cosy, comfy and luxurious. Food and drink delicious and staff most helpful. Spa area is just so relaxing, and there’s a great selection of pampers to choose from. We are going back!!

The gym was a bit small and limited in equipment. And because we could only stayed one night, it was very expensive for what it was. But I'm hoping Auchrannie will be sending me some good special offers in the future to encourage me to come back.

The house was very comfortable and the swimming pool and sauna as well.

No complaints, only 1 comment . There was no dining table in the retreat I was staying in, which was strange, as there was definitely room for a small one and the kitchen was very well fitted out.

Cosy ,well furnished retreat. Loved the log burner and log fired outdoor tub.Views were stunning. Peaceful, yet all amenities were on hand in the hotel

Nothing we had issues with the ferry but that wasn’t the hotels fault at all and they were really good at keeping us updated.

The food was delicious both in the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast in the morning. The rooms were lovely and clean, very spacious.

The 2-person retreats really needed a small table and chairs for dining. The omission of these is a massive oversight, especially given that there is a kitchen, hob, and oven for self-catering. There is space for a small table, even if it were a fold out one. This is an issue that needs rectifying, and we would not stat in a one bed retreat again unless this is addressed. There is also a lack of storage space for any cases and luggage. It is unfortunate that priority was given to the couch 'snug' area built into the wall, rather than using this as a proper enclosed storage area.

The location was excellent, with great views. The retreats were in excellent condition and spotless, with most amenities one could expect provided for.

The room was perfect and spacious. The breakfast buffet was great, with loads of options to keep you full for the long trek around Goat Fell. You need to try the Goatfell Haggis pizza from the Cruize Bar, it was delicious.

More Signage around resort would be helpful especially at night time

Customer service was 5*, small issue when we arrived was resolved quickly and goodwill gesture offered. Lovely resort, lodge was amazing with hot bath outside. Exceptional scenic views. Would definitely return.

Excellent service from staff. Beautiful location with transport around the site if required. Lodges are well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Meals are delivered to your lodge if required also. Fresh log wood delivered every day.
