There was a strong scent in the room from air freshener balls or some such thing, which I found overpowering. On check out, I spoke to reception who said they would check it out

Stated above No handrail on upper floors. En suite not clean. Kettle ancient, needed replacing. Room was cold, needed blankets. Breakfast room in basement, not suitable for people with mobility issues. Toilet on ground floor near breakfast room had no hand basin, which should be illegal.

Fantastic location very close to Paddington Station. Lovely looking on the outside. I think our room was 5th floor. No handrail on last staircase. Senior staff not friendly or welcoming. Our en suite needed a good clean. Our kettle was ancient and needed to be replaced, but good supply of tea, coffee milk, sugar and biscuits. Towels clean, toiletries and toilet roll supplied. Beds narrow but comfortable. Nice quality sheets, but needed a quilt or thick blanket, as room was very cold. Wardrobe, bedside table and small table for kettle provided. There were 2 tower style fans. Bathroom had an opening window. Bedroom had a window. Bible located on the bedside table. Chair in corner to sit on was handy. All areas of hotel carpeted. Breakfast included croissant, hot drinks, juice, cereal, fruit, toast, bacon, fried egg (no choice), and baked beans. Adequate breakfast.

2 buildings across the road from each other. Shower/toilet was tiny. Showerhead on floor as unable to stay up so i fixed it by pushing soap tray up the shower to hold it in place. Breakfast is across the road - room was tiny and bursting at the seams we only went once and paid for breakfast around the corner at The lite bite for the next 2 mornings.

The room was small, and facilities older. We only had a short stay so it was fine for one night but might have started to feel cramped after several days.

The location was great and breakfast was included, although only for a short window of time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The biscuits left in our room were very good and a nice snack with some tea after a long travel day.

The bed placement in the solo rooms meant that I (195cm tall) couldn’t lie completely straight - it was easy to temporarily roll the bed out though.

The location is great, staff were all friendly, room was clean. Was able to check in early because my room happened to be ready (I was going to use their luggage storage if not)

The hotel is in a great location closed to Paddington station. I booked a single and it was more than adequate, with an excellent ensuite. The breakfast was also excellent. All in all, a great place and I would definitely recommend it.

As many people have said there is only a narrow entrance and stair to go up and down that is quite troublesome when carrying big luggage. The room was small. The bathroom was small as well(difficult to turn around). There wasn't a proper desk in my room(it's a single room).

The location is good as it is close to metro and train station. The staff who I met was friendly. Breakfast included.

Breakfast finished at 8.30 and needed to be at least 9 as the dining area is small and had to wait for a table.

It was close to Paddington Station so easy to get around London and the breakfast was good

Cost of parking £30 for 24 hours. No iron in room or available at hotel No proper duvet, just multiple sheets, fleece and dated old thin cover.

Location was great for work purposes. Able to park right outside property but only as nobody else had, so was lucky.

Stairs are the only downside to my stay as I am elderly and have mobility problems

Room was fine.warm on arrival,clean and tidy.Ensuite had no heating but acceptable with warm bedroom. quick breakfast cereals,fruit,smaller cooked. I left an item in my room , I rang and they found it .I went iback and got it back.They were kind and helpful to me ,I was so pleased.
