Only observation was that the bathroom door was squeaky and I am sure that will be fixed soon!

The location of the Inn was perfect for us as it was close to the motorway. The room was a great size and well equipped and the staff provided us with an amazing breakfast the next morning, despite not having booked it the night before.

Rooms clean slept OK.Went in for a meal which was delicious great service and smiley staff young lad was lovely who served us.we will defo book again 👍.

A continental breakfast would have been nice because for a working person I needed to move on quicker than 9am when breakfast services were starting. A coffee to go and croissant would have sufficed.

Location perfect right next to their pub. So could walk next door for meals have a few drinks. Meals excellent. Easy to get to. Skylight in ceiling was awesome to watch satellites go over while in bed!! Extremely clean & if need more tea/coffee etc not a problem. Nice big tv. Free carpark next to unit. Would differently stay again.

Checkin was easy. The accommodation was a pleasant surprise. I particularly liked the skylight, which was remotely controlled, save for opening and closing, which was done with the aid of a long pole and hook device. There were many and varied provisions on offer, such as flavoured infusions alongside coffee, tea, etc. and biscuits. (Incidentally, the room was serviced, which also surprised me. You don't get that in Premier Inn!) My only criticism room wise is that the wooden floor was fairly dusty, with the particles then being transferred onto the bed after walking on the floor in my socks. I don't often think or write this in a review, but I would definitely return to stay at the Blue Ball. The overall package, which included great accommodation, very good provisions, room serviced - with provisions replenished and free, plentiful car parking, amounts to a very attractive option when planning my next trip. I must also mention the TV, which had some good streaming options, notwithstanding the inability to stream Freeview or BBC sounds.

Location for sandy park 5 minutes walk. Great beer garden. Good food. Room located near car park next to property. Would highly recommend. Value for money.

The settee wasn't comfortable.It could have done with 2 large bean bags incase 4 stayed.

The bed was very comfy.The kitchen well equipped and a great shower.

Nothing didn't like. Could have done with instructions on how to close the blind on the skylight. None the less I had a comfortable night's stay.

Lovely pub just off the M5. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer. The food in the pub was very good. Staff very friendly and approachable.

Did not do breakfast until 8.30 in morning (had to be on road by 8.0) Velux window and surrounding area in our room needs a good clean

Good evening meal ,convenient to main roads ,there was some kind of function taking place but staff kept things running smoothly

nothing really, could do with a bit of a revamp but served its purpose.

location was good, close to the main road but not affected by noise. used this as a stop over enroute to Plymouth. parking outside the room for my motorcycle.

You can hear the traffic, however it is nowhere near as bad as the traffic at home so this should not be an issue to most people.

Great location in the country with easy access to Exeter We had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant. The staff are great very friendly.

Lovely spacious room with everything I needed. Staff are friendly, the pub looks great but I haven't eaten there yet. I love this place! Reluctantly writing this review as I don't really want everyone to find out about it!

There were a couple of light bulbs that were not working in our room and one of the blinds was not fully closing but it was a very minor inconvenience and apart from that, everything was perfect.

Our room was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. There was a coffee and tea facility and body wash in the shower that smelled really good. There was a wardrobe with an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. The breakfast was served at the pub and it was delicious, I especially liked the scrambled eggs which were very fluffy. Very likely to come back again if we are in the region. The staff was super friendly and polite, they made us feel very welcome.

A beautiful, very conveniently situated, thatched pub with rooms and garden, with ample parking (for our 7.5m motorhome). The staff were very professional, warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was a very good standard and cooked to an advance order as the kitchen was closed. Highly recommended.

Although the room is accessible for a wheelchair being on the flat, neither the room or bathroom is adapted in anyway making it unsuitable for a wheelchair user.

Although quite compact, room was clean and well presented. Good evening meal in the adjoining public house.
