Unfortunately although close to bus stop we chose to get a taxi back from NEC as no footpath on the road leading to the property.

Very nice breakfast. Nice clean homely house. We were able to leave the car and take the bus ( every 30 mins) to NEC.

I had a fabulous stay in a beautiful home. My room was clean, tidy, spacious and well presented. The bed was comfy and I slept wonderfully. The breakfast was delicious and plenty on offer. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

Visited here as I was travelling for the Arnold Classic event held at Birmingham NEC really glad I found this place! It's not your usual hotel it's got more of a homely feel to it and the staff go beyond to meet expectations. Lovely and clean room no complaints there and a comfy bed! Freshly cooked breakfast every morning, Plenty of options on breakfast and drink. Will be back!

Easy parking, spacious, welcoming - there's nothing we could criticise. Choice of pubs and restaurants nearby - easy walking distance. Excellent location for NEC

Beautiful property in an excellent location close to Birmingham, Airport and NEC. Set in lovely grounds within walking distance of all village amenities and bus routes.

Very satisfied with the single room. I really enjoyed the English breakfast which was cooked to order. The hosts were both pleasant and helpful. There was also plently of parking behind a security gate. I stayed two nights and the guest house was in an ideal location to visit a show at the N.E.C. during the day.

Lovely place to stay the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight and made to order it kept me going most of the day, almost wanted to ask for more sausages and bacon too. There are regular buses and bus stops within a short walking distance so it's easy to get to if not coming by car. I will definitely try stay here again whenever I visit the NEC in future.

Nothing! Everything from being greeted and checked in to leaving at the end of my stay was wonderful.

The location was ideal, very peaceful. 4 minute walk to the local bus stops with buses running every 20 minutes to Birmingham and Coventry. Local shops a 10 minute walk away. The room itself was beautiful. Lovely layout, very clean and I had a wonderful view of the gardens. I didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that (however it did smell very nice!)

There could have been a vegetarian option for breakfast - like vegetarian sausages, but this is a very small point. The shower operation means that if you select full power and then turn the lower knob only a little way, the water is scalding. It was only on day two that I worked out that if I turned the control knob 180 degrees then it worked really well.

There was nothing I did not like the whole experience was just great.

The breakfast was fab freshly cooked full English breakfast plus lots of other items to suit everyone. very friendly service, could not do enough for you. the room for breakfast was so nice and clean and we sat at a table for two looking out towards the gardens
