The only thing that let's this place down like so many seaside towns is parking, but I was fortunate enough to find a space nice and close.

I loved this place so much I don't want to review so I can easily get a room again, the host was well spoken well mannered and could not do enough. The breakfast was delicious, my only little gripe is that you're not allowed food ie take away there, which is unfortunate as the balcony is a perfect setting for an Al Fresco dining, but totally understandable as some people may have left rubbish in the past, but apart from that it was absolutely perfect my fiancee and I absolutely loved our weekend she had a perfect 50th so all in all this place deserves a cracking 12 out of 10

Room- Spacious with a big bed and clean ensuite, Private Balcony- Great seaview with awesome sunrise Breakfast- Quality food and coffee. English breakfast (just the right quantity) served hot within 5 to 8 minutes of ordering Location- Walking distance from everywhere including train station Buses nearby. Sea front across the road. ost- Warm, helpful,friendly, attentive without being overbearing Things to do- Hop on hop off open top bus over the Seven Sisters. Eat and drink- At the Marine pub Traditional food done really well

There are.no down sides.

Well, what can i say about breakers. Its beautiful. Its clean, it's friendly. It's outstanding. The breakfast was incredible. The bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. The owners are amazing. Always making sure your needs are met. It's definitely home from home

Parking in surrounding streets was abit difficult to find a space, but when we did we walked to the town/ pier etc which wasn't a problem and took approx 15 minutes

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is lovely - facing the seafront. The owners were welcoming, letting me drop my suitcase off earlier than check in. The entire property was very well decorated and spotlessly clean. My room was well equipped and comfortable, and the double shower room for my single room was huge. The breakfasts are fantastic!

The breakfast was all you would expect with choices of juice, cereal. full traditional or vegetarian English or simple toast with choice of spreads. The location was excellent- on the sea front with coastal and garden views, and next to bus stops. Walking distance to choice of restaurants and cafes.
