It got a little chilly in our loft room at night and we weren't able to adjust the timing of the radiator, but we just wrapped up warm and overall this was a very minor issue that did not impact the enjoyment of our stay!

Lovely, central location with friendly and communicative hosts, and a very modern and cosy room! They had thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible - even down to playing music at breakfast so everyone felt relaxed and at ease in the dining area. Loved the decor throughout and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast. Great value for money right in the centre of town and with easy access to local walks, shops pubs and restaurants. We followed the recommendations in the welcome book provided and had a lovely dinner at a nearby pub. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting the area!

From the moment we arrived Jonathan and Adam were superb hosts with the warmest of welcomes, helping us with our bags from the car and showing us the Guest House facilities, which were fabulous. Cleanliness was second to none throughout. The outstanding breakfast, in our opinion, should have an award. Will definitely be back and cannot wait.

Adam and Jonathan were perfect hosts, property was immaculately clean, ideal central location within Keswick. Room very tastefully decorated, comfortable with amazing views over the fells. Breakfasts were delicious, with an excellent variety of choice. We couldn't have asked for more. Will 100% be staying with the guys again.

Jonathan and Adam (and George 🐾) were wonderful hosts. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The guest house and room were immaculate with all facilities we required. The bed was very comfy and great mountain views. Attention to detail throughout and breakfasts were excellent, lots of choice on the menu! The property is in the centre of Keswick and was in walking distance to lots of attractions. This property also has parking which we were told is rare in Keswick.

A wonderful couple of days here - I don’t often go away alone so having such a friendly and personal welcome made it feel like staying with friends - I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female, which doesn’t happen everywhere. The room was clean and had everything I needed, the breakfast was great, and Adam and Jonathan were clearly happy to do anything to make guests’ stay that bit better - I especially appreciated their offer to dry some wet clothes after a very wet day on the fells. Highly recommended.

Loved everything. There are loads of reasons why these guys have such a fantastic rating.

Excellent central yet quiet location with hosts providing a warm welcome, assisting with bags and advice on eating spots etc. Room tip top with lovely cute local artisan touches such as Herdy mugs and coasters etc. Lots of teabags etc and thoughtful stuff like cotton wool pads, cotton buds etc. Wi-Fi signal good and resources for local information clearly driven by in depth local insight, knowledge and sustainability. Breakfast choices extensive and delicious, all locally sourced. Adam’s home made marmalade and jam are worth a visit on their own! Seamless automated checking in and out processes for the less chatty visitors but on seeking advice, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Absolutely excellent B&B and definitely planning to return.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation right in the heart of Keswick. Mountain views. Friendly hosts who are always willing to help. Allocated off-street parking. Excellent breakfast and home-made cake in the afternoon.
