Valance sheets on bed were dirty. The room was too warm and control on the radiator didn’t work. One window had no handle. Room number 62

Very basic room, no toilet paper on check in we had to ring reception and ask for some. Headboard wasn’t secured to the wall and kept falling down.

Walls were dirty with hand prints but bathroom was fairly clean and fair price for one night -accidentally added. A rabbit pic and cant delete it that was not in the hotel!-

Staff were nice and helpful about parking. Short distance from centre but it’s right on the main road so only one straight road. Cafe/restaurant connected to the hotel serving halal options we never ate there as we weren’t there for long but looked nice and everything pink 💖

The bathroom was fine, the bedroom was pretty shabby! It doesn’t actually need that much doing to update it! The red skirting tiles replaced or painted, the walls painted and new blackout curtains to replace the old red one’s would make so much difference!

Good location, eventually got free onsite parking, comfortable bed, good sized towels, good shower!

It's great location close to pleasure beach. I stayed with my 3 children they have perfect room for all of us to sleep in.

The room was incredibly small, unkept-paint was chipped on wall, bedside table was broken. There were no lamps, the big light was too bright. The sink in bathroom was really small so couldn't fill the kettle up

Room needed updating. Bed was uncomfortable. Cracks all in the walls. Shower had hairs in and all dusty on the shower head. Hallway light kept flicking on and off all night which you could see under the door which was hard to sleep with

The family room we stayed in , was a great size ...1 double bed , 1 single bed , lots of space and a seaview Very clean , comfy beds. Staff were lovely. Tram stop right outside . Would definitely stay here again 👍

TV in room was rather small but that is a very small niggle and no lamp in room would love to come back but would specify these changes

My only "problem" was the bed was a little uncomfortable BUT this is a "me" issue as my husband slept like a rock! The room is very basic but is clean. I would be cautious if you have mobility issues as the stairs are steep and very narrow.

The reception lady was amazing! So kind, warm and inviting. The hotel has a restaurant take away next door which is clean and wonderfully decorated and the food is so nice!

One key for all rooms anyone can enter. Staff quite rude when we had anything to do with them. All beds in one room. But it’s cheap so pay for what you get I suppose

Liked that it was close to all amenities and the tram stop. Hotel is great if you’re on a budget as I was as it was a last minute trip however would make sure I save and pay for a bit more in future.
