Nothing really that I didn't like, if you don't want to pay a fortune in London, you will always have small rooms.

Great location, very close to King's Cross/St Pancras. The room was very well organized even with the usual small London size, it really had everything. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep at, it is a perfect choice.

Great location right next to St Pancreas International and Kings Cross Train Stations and the Tubes including a short walk to Euston Train Station. Small but very clean no frills Hotel.

The beds were a tad uncomfortable. If you have suitcases there are no lifts so you have to take your luggage up stairs. Is a bit noisy as it is an old building. Wifi dropped in and out.

The location was fantastic, right next to St Pancras and Kings Cross. Staff were very welcoming and kind. Showers were great.

Perfect location if you want to catch the eurostar

The safe wasn't working - the code could not be set, and therefore we didn't secure any valuables. The TV remote was broken and kept falling apart. The shower ceiling was incredibly low and I had to duck (I'm 6'3). In the evening we ordered two drinks at the bar (a double sailor Jerry rum and coke, and a double gin and tonic). We were served a single rum, no coke, and the double gin and tonic had no citrus fruit, yet we were charged £22! I silently choked, but accepted the price as we seemingly snagged a bargain on the room rate. We quickly finished our disappointing drinks and retired to our room.

The staff were friendly and the check in experience exceeded expectation. The staff checking us in made us feel very welcome. I was pleasantly surprised by the outward appearance, considering how cheap the stay was.

Right above the tube so you hear the underground traffic throughout your stay, especially when you on in the basement

Well it won’t be forever, but there was a building site directly across the road which was very noisy when we arrived. However when we returned in the evening it was quiet and we left early the next morning- so it wasn’t really a problem for us. Also unfortunately we couldn’t get our shower to heat up in the morning.

For convenience we really liked how close it was to St Pancras/Kings Cross. We also liked the reception/bar area and although super cosy, our room was light, comfortable, clean and pleasant.

- noise; ongoing construction across the street (started at 8am every day). Also inconsiderate neighbors above and in the hallways. The hotel should add something to dampen the noise from or slow down the room doors; people let them slam and it's quite jarring - our mattress was sagging in the middle quite severely, should be replaced - some things didn't work in our room, like a lamp (missing bulb) and the towel warmer - room got REALLY hot in the morning, with no way to lower the temperature other than open a window

- location is excellent (main reason we chose it); we took the train from Luton on arrival, then took the underground to Heathrow to depart. In between we utilized different modes of transport to get to and see everything we wanted. There were direct buses or trains, without transfers, to all of the major sights - staff was friendly during all of our interactions - hotel was very clean

Sadly the bed was a little uncomfortable, but then that's probably just me being picky.

The location was perfect for St Pancras and King's Cross stations. Lovely little hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful both prior to stay and during the stay.

It wasn't the cleanest hotel I've ever seen, but it was more dusty than outright dirty. I've paid more for hotels which have been dirtier Not a complaint at all because we asked for a room at the top, but for anyone who doesn't like stairs there are also rooms on the ground floor

Perfectly nice hotel near St Pancras, and good value for money (for London!). The staff were really lovely, and the reception decor was cool. I liked the fact it had a QR code to check Eurostar live updates

It's a bit of a maze to find the room, I was on the ground level (room 009)going through several doors. Bathroom made weird sounds when flushing. No towels.

Super close to King's Cross with tons of public transport around. All the staff I met was super nice and helpful.

Feels like a little chic authentic Parisian hotel and the link to the neighbouring restaurant where the breakfast, service and ambience are equally charming. Lovely staff too
