You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe double glazed window was old and it was very difficult to close when I opened it. The window also did not seal very well and sound could be heard clearly coming from the outside. When sleeping, the room was very hot and dry, and as a result, I did not sleep well.
The room was basic but tidy and met our needs. The blackout curtain was great and really made the room dark. There was plenty of side space and storage to put our belongings.

United KingdomParking. I validated my parking at check in at reception as required. A week after my stay I got a parking ticket for £100. I called the hotel to query this and was told to email so it would be cancelled. I did this but received another letter demanding payment. I contacted the hotel again and was reassured the ticket was cancelled. This experience was an unexpected inconvenience which spoiled my overall experience of the stay. Some forewarning upon check in with all the information regarding ticketing/emailing would be helpful; or a better process of communication between the hotel and the car park management company.
Great hotel, very comfortable and good facilities/location. Didn’t have to check out until 12pm which was also very good.

United KingdomOver 35 minute wait for breakfast, order taken twice, then staff member came out and said they had run out of key items (hash browns, bacon) 3 days ago, despite taking the order!? I asked reception for a refund, it had to be via email. I've still not received an acknowledgement, luckily Booking.com took charge and refunded. Shocking service by the hotel!
