It was very noisy on the main road although it provided tea and coffee making facilities no tea spoon to stir your tea , the bed was an old spring mattress that was not very comfortable

Uncomfortable bed and could hear couple next door having sex for 1hr+ NOT want I want to hear when I have to get up at 5.30am!

The room was.musty and had very poor ventilation. The toilet cistern was either leaking or was attracting condensation, which dripped on you whenever you went to the toilet. There was also pooling of water at the bade of the toilet pedestal, which seemed never to go away. A fridge was provided, but not switched on, needed to wait for that to cool down.

Great.locstion, close to the train station and terrific restaurants in the immediate area. The room was tidied each day which was nice. Lack of shampoo and conditioner seems to be the trend in many of the hotels these days. Pump packs on attached tonthe wall would have been nice.

Warm water does work for the shower, (at least it worked for the sink), ended up not showering since I just stayed for one night in order to catch the train early the following morning. There is also trash that has not been collected from the room when I started my stay. The window is not soundproof and it was quite loud during the night.

The cheapest ensuite room near King Cross I can find at the time I booked. Pretty close to the location given the price. Other than location, there's not much to say.

The room was so small that it was hard to move around with 2 adults, one of whom is overweight. If I had been any fatter I would not have been able to squeeze past the basin to get to the toilet in the bathroom.

The location was excellent for our onward travel and the service was polite and professional.

The room was fairly clean but the hotel is old. Also the room is quite small if you have a big luggage. The bathroom is very small.

The location is great which is in front of the King’s Cross stations. The staff are good.

The bathroom unfortunately smelled of smoke and the room was noisy as it faced the main road, so it was difficult to fall asleep with the sounds of traffic and drunk people outside.

Excellent value for the area, checking in and out was very easy and the staff were pleasant

Tiny room, tiny bathroom . Bathroom lights are motion activated, they go off every 25 seconds and are not very sensitive to motion.

Very clean , excellent location, accomodating friendly staff let us drop off our luggage early

There was one bedside lamp but you could not plug it in as the plug socket was in the middle of the wall where the bed was. Not enough plug sockets. I know London is expensive but our room was shabby, I have stayed in better youth hostels
