Great room, with a huge bath and super views from the bathroom. Comfortable bed, with sound-proofed walls. Large tv; plenty of storage space. Friendly and theatre-minded hosts, with plenty of useful tips. Tasty breakfast - and £3 parking per day right outside is great value!

Having to leave after only two night

Started soon as we booked in host was very helpful explaining where places of interest were and how to get to them . Made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh

Nothing major but Bathroom could do with an upgrade, shower off mains water wasn't the best when turned to get hot water pressure disappeared and water just about came out the shower head but bathroom was clean.

The location is right in the centre of Stratford - you can literally see the back of Shakespeares birth place from the window. The B n B itself is cosy and tidy - it has everything you need. We loved the breakfast and the local knowledge about which pubs to visit etc. Would recommend!

The landlord is a lovely chap. The breakfast was top rate, the mushrooms were cooked to perfection and the poached eggs. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from everything. I would recommend a trip to warwick Castle.

Breakfast was good we had to say in advance what time we were coming down. This meant we had excellent service and beautifully cooked food. Comfortable but rather small rooms with all usual facilities.comfortable bed!!

The heating and the shower pressure could have been better.

Location was excellent, close and within a 5-10 minute walk to the main shopping area and the canal. The property was very comfortable although the heating (radiators) didn't seem to come on during our stay and they would have been handy to dry our towels overnight. The breakfast was very enjoyable and cooked to our liking. John, the host, was very helpful and very knowledgeable about where to go, what to see and where to eat. We appreciated his advice.

I would not personally class it as a Luxury room, as it was described. It was adequate, but definitely not luxurious. Opted for a continental breakfast on last morning and was presented with one lone croissant in an oval basket and two slices of toast, no yoghurt, cheese or ham and no fresh fruit, like berries, to accompany cereals. Not my experience of previous continental breakfasts! They really shouldn’t offer something they don’t actually provide.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. John was very knowledgeable about the area, and made a wonderful recommendation for dinner our first evening. There was a problem with the tv and it was sorted out immediately. Comfy bed Good quality bacon on cooked breakfast

Could do with a deep clean on staircases. Paintwork was yellow and very dusty, curtains looked like they'd never been washed. Cobwebs in the lighting in our bedroom.

Bathrooms & dining area very clean Comfortable bed and very good breakfasts Hosts were very friendly and great for information and the location was excellent for exploring by foot. Car parking available at £3 a day was a bargain. Would definitely recommend.
