We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe tariff for our room was the same as travelling companions. Our room was much smaller, in fact quite pokey compared to theirs. Didn't feel this was equitable. The shower over the bath was awkward to get in and out of. Perhaps a handle on the wall would help. Panel in the wall was not secured and kept falling out.
Staff were excellent. The decor was lovely, and the location and scenery were beautiful. The meals were excellent with plenty of choice and food fresh and well presented. Bed was comfortable and room clean.

United KingdomPotentially no parking spaces, lucky to get the one we did after a day out sightseeing, not in full season but would be a problem in the summer . Evening meal was good but a bit on the expensive side. Need to have a drip cover on the bottom of the shower door - water leaked out and under onto the floor.
I come from Fife and this was our first time visiting Skye - why didn't I come before!!. Very good breakfast and staff happy to help with specific requests. The surrounding grounds were pleasing, benches set up to observe the surrounding area. Hotel manager, waitress and the young waiter on our last day were helpful and happy to have a chat.

United KingdomThe annoying hum in our room which when reported to reception was explained as the kitchen fans (below our room). They went off at 9, although they did come back on at 7.30 in the morning. Luckily we were up already.
The place was clean, smart, comfortable and warm. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and very well appointed with tea making facilities etc. The bed was very comfortable.

Was so Christmassy and rooms where comfortable with a lovely view.food and cocktails where nice too. Dog friendly which is always a must for us.
