To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomwhile there were no issues this was pretty much a standard chain hotel but because this is a Zone 1/2 London hotel pricing is the price elsewhere you would be paying for a high end chain hotel, Comparatively to other Chain hotels in a similar area of London this hotel is good value still doesn't change the fact that most places in the UK I could get nearly an entire week for the price of 2 nights here.

PolandThe hotel is located in the heart of London Hammersmith. This gives guests easy access to the underground as well as plenty of nice places to go out to in the evening. For a capital city the surrounding is relatively quiet. Room was very tidy, breakfast tasty and overall impression was very good.
