We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bedroom was cold and I couldn’t turn on the heating in the bedroom but the one in the bathroom was on. The bedding was also too thin.
The house appeared to been refurbished recently so the bedroom I’ve stayed was new. The beds were very comfortable. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and I stay every time I need to travel to london. Is 10min walking from the train station Horley and they have a car park too. They used to have transfer to the airport but not anymore, however u can get a taxi and it costs around 15£. The hotel will provide with the taxi info if u request.

Clean and comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. WiFi. Friendly and responding reception staff even just two staff in the accommodations, but they are accessible. Easy to locate the accommodations location.

It was near to Gatwick Airport for our connecting flight and due to our late arrival access was easy. Unfortunately we had no hot water in our room but we received a discount from our original price due to this.

However we were pleasantly surprised that we could use the dining space to eat our own evening takeaway, and that facilities such as a microwave, fridge and cutlery were available to use. Beds were fine, but could hear noise from other rooms and bathrooms. But, for the price it's a good value option. It's a short walk to here from Horley train station, and a short walk from here to the Holiday Inn or Travelodge, where you can catch the Gatwick Hoppa to North or South terminals.
