United KingdomThe parking area was a very limited and a tight squeeze. To be honest it's not really suitable for SUV cars. Also the entrance to the hotel by car which works on a one way system was not sign posted so that it was visible from the road and therefore we drove in the exit and had to back out onto the main road on a very tight bend which was extremely dangerous. The no entry signs should be on the road side so they are clearly visible as should the entry signs.
The room we had was small but clean and quiet, even if the shower room needed a lick of coat. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. All the room facilities were excellent, the breakfast was fabulous and all the little touches were so welcome, like the turn down service, the complimentary water every evening, the chocolates, slippers and bathrobes, but the best thing about the hotel was the atmosphere and staff. They genuinely couldn't do enough for you and no request was too much. There was a smile from everyone and it felt like you were old friends.

NetherlandsThe room we were in wasn’t very practical. No sockets near the bed to charge your phone and no space in the bathroom to hang towels.
It’s a fantastic location, but more importantly the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a fabulous experience especially Elisa and Stella who were kind, thoughtful and attentive. The food was of outstanding quality and we were ever so pleasantly surprised to see that the room is cleaned during the day and is also prepared for the night in the evening with clean towels if necessary, fresh water and the bed (very comfortable) ready.

The staff within the breakfast dinning area were all very friendly and helpful . All staff throughout the hotel were very friendly .

Location was great, easy walking distance to many restaurants the beach, marina and the heart of St Helier. The staff were exceptional, courteous, professional and only too pleased to help with anything needed. Our room was lovely, a deluxe ocean view room on the first floor. Bathroom was a little on the small side but everything was clean and well kept. The buffet breakfast and made to order menu was plentiful and delicious. We really enjoyed sitting and drinking in the wine bar in the early evening. The spa was also a welcome addition offering relaxation after a lot of walking around the island. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. The care they gave us was exceptional. The champagne bar served wonderful food ( lighter bites ) and a huge selection of drinks. The restaurant was excellent with delicious food and excellent staff. The breakfast selection was huge and catered for all tastes.

Staff were great, friendly, and very efficient. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! The food at dinner was really excellent, very fresh tasting, a little different, and beautifully presented. It was quite expensive, but worth every penny. We chose to eat in the hotel every evening except for the night we arrived, because we enjoyed it so much. The rooms were extremely clean. I hope we have the opportunity to return soon!

United Kingdomprobably the road noise, as we had an ocean view room and there is a very busy dual carriageway that runs in front of the hotel, but with the windows shut you can’t hear much.
we have stayed here 4 times,each time has been amazing, the staff go out their way to help you and each one is friendly and helpful and welcoming,the restaurant served great food,and our room was comfortable clean and was serviced twice a day , refreshing anything that had been used
