Such a delightful place to stay! We received a warm welcome from the hosts following excellent communication during booking. Our room was bright and airy, the bed was extremely comfortable and the facilities were a great combination of modern alongside traditional features in keeping with the property. Great shower with complimentary toiletries . Breakfast was served in a room on a table tucked in the window, great choice of breakfast options, suitable for vegetarians too! Great value for money in a superb location close to amenities and seafront but quietly tucked away for a great nights sleep!

Could not fault this place in any way. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendly hosts, enjoying the facilities of a lovely room, a delicious breakfast and its location for the town centre is perfect. This is a truly a fabulous Bed and Breakfast establishment in the heart of Swanage town centre.

The property was exactly as described. A lovely room - plenty of space and a generous ensuite shower room. Great choice for breakfast, which was served in the room and was very tasty. We enjoyed meeting the hosts - and especially Merlin! Free street parking (although the street is steep, as described online). We would definitely stay here again if we return to Swanage.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom and a very nIce shower with lovely thick towels. There were plenty of teas, coffees, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room. We had a warm welcome from John and Lou on arrival and after a cup of coffee sitting a the table and chairs in the bay window of the bedroom with a small view of the sea, we left to look around the town which was literally around the corner. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast (served in the room in the bay window) was delicious. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Swanage!

Parking is on the street. We managed OK in November just on the next street, but I would imagine in the summer you may struggle to park nearby.

Very welcoming, clean, good-sized bedroom, modern bathroom. Tea and coffee in the bedroom. Breakfast served in the bedroom was excellent, and there was plenty of home cooked food. Bed is very soft, which may not suit some, but we were very comfy.

Lowkey there’s a little bit of uphill walk to get there and I had my bag and was very tired so I was like oof but that’s the only thing.

The hosts were very lovely and the dog Merlin was very cute and I love him

We got there quite late so there's no parking space left in the street. We had to park in a public car park down by the seaside, around 7mins walk from the house, which is not too bad if the weather is ok.

The host John contacted us the day before we visited and provided clear information we needed. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean, with a heater in the bathroom so we could dry our clothes. The breakfast was amazing, so many options and was very delicious cooked by John in the morning. He was very friendly and kindly provided us more information about travelling around in the area.

The owner was very friendly. The room was a nice size as was the bathroom. Unusually, breakfast was served in the bedroom which we found much nicer then sharing a dining room. Breakfast was very nice.

If you have mobility problems like me this is probably not the best location as it is situated on a very steep hill. However I was made aware of this before arrival by the hosts.

The room was first class, Very large & spacious. Our hosts were very welcoming. Breakfast was served in our room daily by filling in the menu. The b&b is very close to all amenities in Swanage town & the beach. Would highly recommend staying.
