The first time I stayed I was given a decent room this time around despite giving a previous good review they decide to give me a tiny box room. Bed was uncomfortable, arial cable broken and walls are thin could hear the c##t next door as if he was in the room and having a coughing fit and snoring all night long.

It had an egg in the kettle!! The bed had crumbs in it The radiator was hanging of the wall We booked a smoking room as stated in drop down option box but was told there all no smoking rooms that was disappointing 😑

the room did not look anything like the pictures. the bathrooms could’ve been cleaner. And the plug to charge was broken. the floor was a little unstable some places and it moved/dropped a little when i walked on it.

it was ok to stay for a night, but i wouldn’t have stayed there for more than one or two nights. the price wasn’t bad and it was very close to the concert i was going to, so that was very practical! not far from the train station either!

No instructions prior to arrival. Hotel main door was open. We went in only with a pin code that we had to assume was for the key safe on the doors. However we were not told which room we were in. Thankfully a male from another room had experienced the same issue and knew the phone number to get us this info. The lady on the phone was great and wats app me the instructions. Why was this not sent prior to arrival. The room had 4 lights only 1 had a bulb in. One looked like it would fall off the wall very soon. The cold water in the sink was a trickle. The shower was no better. The bathroom door is rotting where the water has damaged it. No bath mat provided. No batteries in the TV control. The double bed mattress slopped and my partner felt like he was falling off the bed all night. Kettle still had previous guests water in. Just not a nice experience that I will ever be repeating.

Entry to the property encountered 3 others having the pin but no door number unable to check it easily had to call a number numerous times to get door number.also the shower was a dribble of water couldn't shower

Tatty room and furniture King size bed base,double mattress on top Stained cups,dirty shower. Tatty entrance hallway, ripped carpets. Not worth £104 a night Wouldn't stay there again.

1. It was so dated and looked like it hadn’t been updated for about 20 years. 2. Greeted by a guy smoking on the door step, who I assume was the owner 3. Broken banisters, and paint all over the carpet 4. Room was awful, carpet looked like it had been fitted by a blind person. 4. No lock on the bathroom. 5. Was two single beds not a double, then when moved the beds together it was dirty under bed. 6. Bed was rock solid 7. Window was broken and wouldn’t shut so kept blowing the bathroom room and banging all night. 8. It has the smallest bathroom, well it’s not a bathroom it’s a cupboard with a toilet and shower, if your tall or a bigger person you would struggle to sit on the toilet, 9. The shower is tiny, and the water pressure was awful. Just awful, the only good thing was it was close to where we where going, it was like staying in a bed sit

The property was a little run down but not dirty. The passwords to enter the property were all incorrect so we were locked out for just over an hour.

room smelt of smoke, there was a sock over the smoke alarm in the ceiling. the bathroom light didn’t work. the mattress didn’t fit the bed, the bed was shabby and peeling. the room felt dirty. socket was away from the wall, live wires could be seen

This place its a DANGER when it comes to cleaning and HEALTH. The shower cubicle was with mold and yellow grime on. The shower head dirty and and filty. The room isn't completely different for what present at booking.com The blind was small for the window and because of that I dint have any privacy. The room it's a heath hazard and for that reason I don't recommend to anyone.

The property’s en-suite shower is broken and does not provide hot water. Even after calling the facilities team, nobody arrived to sort out the shower. It’s the worst accommodation I have stayed in so far. The team that you call to assist with facilities issues don’t actually care about you and don’t bother helping out. The room is rugged including a hole in the ceiling and broken lights on the side of the bed.

The only thing good about this property is its location and nothing else.

Water leak coming in from the bathroom vent to outside causing an electrical shortage to the bathroom light and constant flickering through the window all night even when the light was turned off and constant dripping on the floor where the toilet cleaner was (Huge safety risk) . I had to use one of the used shower towels to stop the dripping noise and soak up how wet the floor was overnight. Toilet plunger had no holder, so was just left on the floor. Absolutely disgusting 🤢 Only 2 towels provided just for shower purposes. No floor towel which made getting out of the shower very slippery and dangerous. No light switches by the beds along with no bulbs in the lights on both sides and also above the bed. (a candle would have produced more light) Double glazed windows were blown, so there's a puddle of water inside the glass. Outside the room was the communal shower and toilet rooms which was very disturbing when trying to sleep at midnight and hearing people go about there business outside the room.

Before we travelled up a few new reviews were put on, we expected the worst, Our room was right to the top in the attic, nothing like the picture at all complete false advertisement, Holes in the walls, marks on the walls just general cleanliness was poor, It says 100 deposit but there is noone there anyway, the outside is nothing like the picture either, definitely needs a gd revamp We stayed because we was visiting family and had no other option

Stained sheets, no teaspoons or sticks for coffee, shower only has boiling hot water so impossible to shower without burning yourself. Only one light bulb working. Carpets up the stairs are loose and is a very high risk of slipping and falling.

There was wet, smelly vomit on the floor, a hole in the wall with a tissue stuffed into it and damp mould on the walls. The shower was barely a dribble.

The mattress was really bad, you could sink into the springs. The window was broken and couldn’t be closed and the curtain fell off the rail as I tried to open it. Although they sent someone to fix it, the room wasn’t in great condition… the hallway wasfull of stuff and was to get through with my luggage. Not a great experience overall
