The walls are very thin and the room was not soundproof. We could hear everything that the neighbours were talking or watching at night, as well when people were going through the hallway.

We really enjoyed the welcome we received from staff they were friendly, helpful and catered to our needs. When I asked about the oat milk they gave me a cup full to use, which was lovely. I had a baby with me so found it nice that he could toddle about and everyone was happy to see him. The lounge areas and foyer, bar etc were well decorated, modern and clean, yet practical. The 24 hour reception is brilliant. The location close to centre was fantastic. The room was groegkus, the stylish and comfortable and well equipped room. Comfy bed, great night sleep. The shower toilet and sink was lovely too, nice and clean and a big big shower, we showered with our baby the three of us and could do still fit another in 😅🤩 Breakfast was really nice for continental, I'd say cooked breakfasts wise very limited, was hoping for some mushrooms, hash browns, fried egg. But what was there was delicious. The only down side was paying a thirty pound on arrival fee, £15 is for the parking which is very limited and the other is given back when you leave next day, fair enough but fifteen pounds parking very expensive, however this is not the hotels fault it's a private car park and city centre so. We would definitely stay again Thank you

Being in an access able room as I didn't ask for one. Also there were four assistants in the breakfast area cleaning tables & re stocking the food areas, Two did not do anything from when we arrived until we left ( 09.00 to 09.45) and the other two had to work hard to ensure the tables were nice and clean and replace food items.

I liked the room it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with plenty of selection for all tastes.

Property in and amongst a lot of construction and regeneration work at the moment, also lots of litter and graffiti on the streets surrounding which would put me off returning.

Room was clean, comfortable and tidy, staff very polite & helpful, short distance from The Crucible. Had an issue with the electrics in our room but credit to the staff it was sorted later that day.

The bar could do with a larger selection. There are no tables in the smoking shelter & only 1 ash tray meaning you have to leave friends to dispose of cigarettes. The staff don't repeat the order back to you before serving drinks leading to them getting my drink order incorrect.

The breakfast was exceptional, the shower facilities were great, beds were incredibly comfy & the staff were friendly. The entire property was decorated in high quality decor giving a premium look to the property.

Milk in the room had a funny taste. That bad it wasn't consumable. No shops close by to buy any from. Wooden stirrers in the room. Instead of spoons. No plug near desk area. £14 in the bar area for a Chicago Town pizza. £4 in the supermarket.

Clean. The breakfast range was good. Jack on reception was brilliant before and during stay. Nice relaxed atmosphere in bar and reception.

The pillows were really uncomfortable, and the room was really dusty. The room was quite small also. Also couldn't make it cosy in our room, as the lamp was connected to the main lights on ceiling. And to turn the lamp on, meant all the lights had to be on. Very odd!
