I'm struggling to find anything negative.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and tidy, the room was perfect for what I needed. Very comfy and excellent bathroom facilities. The breakfast was fantastic. A true English Breakfast. However the staff and overall service made my stay even better. A very good welcome, always on hand, helpful and great company. Thank you, I will back!

Alex and Stacy made us feel so welcome it was nice to have such friendly hosts.Great location bus stop right outside..lovely breakfast great choice..yummy biscuits on counter.fridge in the room and flasks of milk you could take to your room which was good as I like milky tea.had a lovely stay will return..

We were a little late arriving, but were met by Alex & his enthusiasm was very welcoming. He made us feel at home quite quickly, though after a long journey we wanted to rest up. Highly recommend!! The owners Alex and Stacey will really look after you! They are very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and shower was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. Location close to everything. It was perfect! FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We can honestly say that there was nothing we didn't like about our stay.

On arrival we were greeted by Alex,he was very polite and made us feel very welcome straight away. The room was very clean and tidy and the lay out was nice. There was plenty of space to park.

Such a warm welcome from Alex and Stacey upon arrival which set the tone for our stay. A very friendly couple who did everything to ensure we had all we needed, including lots of really helpful advice about the local area. The lemon shortbread made by Stacey and left in reception for guests to help themselves was a lovely touch. I think we managed to leave some for others! 😊 Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would most definitely consider visiting again.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room was nicely decorated with a good hot shower. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Location was good for us and being able to park on the site is always an added bonus.

Very small car park but that's more a comment about my parking skills 🤣

Stacey and Alex were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfasts were ace, just loved the poached eggs! Stacey also did some surprise extras like free millionaires shortbread (divine!) and melt in the mouth lemon shortbread. The room is clean and comfy. Number 12 bus takes you everywhere 🥰 Will definitely go there again ❤️
