Booking.com not clearly stating what is included in half board. However NOT the hotels fault and they was brilliant in helping rectify that. Great customer service for the hotel.

Perfect breakfast, very fresh, lots of choices hot and cold. Pancake machine was a hit with the kids. Nice environment to eat and relax in. Swimming pool was great and clean.

Evening menu was expensive and not very good choices for family with children. Location - a little way from the airport.

Impressed with room and sleeping arrangements for 4 people. Breakfast was very good. Children loved the pool.

The corporate 'Hilton' bedroom/bathroom decor is a bit tired and 1990s, but everything worked and it was clean and spacious. I don't like a fixed shower head in the bathroom. No fridge on the room.

We loved the welcome our dog received - a goody bag on arrival, with treats, poop bags, a ball and tips on local walks (SO helpful). Also, they set aside an area where we could all breakfast together - usually, rules mean we have to do it in shifts! This was really appreciated by all of us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Not like is too strong, but accessing room service was a bit klunky but reception were super helpful and got everything sorted.

The room was great for the family and the kids liked the pool and breakfast. Great location for our visit to the area. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Room size, facilities, comfort and cleanliness. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were great - gym was too full to use most of the time I was there which was disappointing however it is clearly communicated upon booking that it is best to book ahead due to this - so no problems there.

Service in the restaurant/bar area was a little slow. Menu was unusual and very expensive - not much available for vegetarians. We asked for items from the kids menu which appealed to us much more and had a better choice- sadly they refused as we are over 12 years of age!! Didn't understand that we could have booked in advance to use the swimming pool free of charge which would have been a nice change. Large seated area for breakfast which had a good choice of food both hot and cold. Breakfast time spoilt by one set of parents not controlling two children who ran around the restaurant area and tried to carry their own overflowing hot drinks. Not usually concerned but as they both sat very near to us it was a nuisance and a little concerning. Exit on the island to reach the hotel is a bit of a trial and error especially in the dark very wet weather we had to contend with.

Location to an event we were attending. Very friendly helpful staff on reception . Large clean room with plenty of hot water, comfy beds and a window that could open a small amount.

The breakfast didn't seem to have as much choice on the second morning I was staying - there was no porridge and limited bread for toast
