Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I got charged twice for the breakfast, the staff at the breakfast could not find that I had paid with the room therefore ended up paying twice to get the receipt once I left with breakfast included.

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable
Very disappointed with the sofa bed. We booked the family room for three people as we all wanted a bed each, we are three adults. The sofa bed was so uncomforatble I had to move in the middle of the night :-(

Nothing in particular. Everything was good. Maybe if we didn't have to pay for car park?
Convenient to airport, car parking available overnight, comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful. We reached slightly late in the night and the staff kindly offered warm cookies that were very tasty and welcome!

Not an issue with the hotel but the shuttle bus had a limit on luggage bags transferrable.
Staff at reception (Ben I believe his name was) was extremely helpful. Gave us a hand to get luggage upstairs and gave us cookies and sweets for the kids. The kids were over moon :). Many thanks

We went for a bar meal and my husbands meal was burnt. The waiter seemed amused by this and seem bothered until my husband complained. There wasn’t enough variety on the bar menu.
The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were light and airy. Receptionist was helpful

Hair Dryer - an essential expectation. It shouldn't be too difficult to use a hair dryer ... right?
Hair Dryer - very disappointing. It didn't work. However, when I took the hairdryer to reception ... they indicated a small button (which is usually where the 'cool air' button is positioned) that needed to be pressed simultaneously whilst using. Sadly it was all too late, as I needed to leave for the airport.

This is obviously a high traffic hotel, and that can be easily seen. The issuing of the Key Card was a little careless. If you arrive after travelling for a day/half day, trudge up to the 5th floor to you room only to find that the key card does not function, and you have to retrace your steps back to reception... this aggravates what should have been an easy stay... Especially at the rates charged ...
close to airport, walkable from all terminals, friendly staff - although the first key did not open the door and had to go back to the reception to re-magnetise my key card. Restaurant menu was good. Plenty of parking at the hotel.

Nothing I could think of.
The room was very clean and had everything we need. The bed was just right for us - medium firm and not too soft. The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel was easy to find. The location was good as the road takes you directly to the city centre - it takes about half an hour to drive there.
