We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe pool was the only thing that needs attention. It was very dark and unwelcoming. We didn’t stay for long.
Great location just 5 minutes from the shopping centre and nice bars and restaurants. The lady at check in was great and kindly arranged for us to have the adjourning door in our two rooms open which was ideal. Lovely rooms with nice seating area and nice bar. Nice touch to give the kids a voucher for some ice cream which we used of course.

United KingdomThe staff and layout of the facilities are the highlight of this hotel. Attentive staff throughout the hotel with the friendliest demeanour. The restaurant and bar layout is spacious and conformable. Pool, steam room and small gym also were good. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

United KingdomThe whole hotel seems a little 'tired' and could do with a refresh. The carpets in one of our rooms were quite worn. The air conditioning is very noisy when in use so we left it off overnight.
The rooms were a decent size with very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful and the check in / out process was quick and easy. Finally the pool was excellent and again really easy to find and use.

United KingdomHaving two TVs was tricky as if you turn on one, the other turns off. Change a channel on one then it changes the other- so we couldn't mane use of them. Also a previous guest had set an alarm for 4:30am on the TV which woke all 4 of us up - this needs checking before guests use the room. We couldn't then get back to sleep....

United KingdomThe room we booked was 3 adults - 1 kingsize bed and 1 sofa bed however sofa bed would only be suitable for a child - it was not comfortable for an adult to sleep on. Wasn’t clear how to book room service QR code on tv didn’t work - only info about room given was the all day menu in the room.
It was all newly refurbished and very clean and bright. The restaurant where you have breakfast was modern and clean. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast and room service were great. Lots of freebies like coffee and biscuits! Room had adjustable thermostat which wasn’t too loud as well.

United KingdomThe over priced costs of overnight stay, food and accommodation. Also, I wished to cancel the breakfast as I realised on my arrival it would be served too late (7.30). I needed to leave hotel by then. I was not allowed to cancel this, therefore my experience in general was marred.
Breakfast was uninspired. Evening meal better. Good waitress service, tho long wait for food to arrive.
