Well,11pm-went to reception asking for access to kettle in the canteen. Closed.Fair.What about your kettle ?(night shifts workers usually have one.) Yes "we" do have a kettle. Me:let me get water from the bathroom-I brought my cup. Receptionist:No.u need to buy OUR mineral water...£2.50 Me"!!!!!!!????Excuse me? Rcptp:U not getting a coffee for free,We need £. (Just paid £70 for twin bedroom.2ppl.shared bathroom no breakfast.) Me:legging it before blowing a huge 1.all way up to 4th floor. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!? DO THEY REALISE THEY WORK IN "HOSPITALITY"-there's a clue.... Thx for your help. I get the place has high turnover. I'M NOT coming back. Not for the £2.50,for the Principle...... Stay safe.

The reception ladies looked so bored and angry and unhelpful. That made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. They spoke so softly behind the glass that it was almost impossible to hear 'em. Gladly the boys near the desk helped me and were really helpful and made me feel a bit safer, even though their buddies were hustling weed outside. I did not find any mention of a 10EUR deposit from any document. This should be made clearer to customers as 0,00001% of people carry cash in 2023 and I felt very uncomfortable to leave my passport to the ladies as I did not trust 'em. Everything went fine in the end though, so no problem.

Cheap place. Easy access via metro, or walking distance from library bus stop.

The restaurant, the broken toilets on the 2nd floor, the mouse in the small lounge room, housekeeping had to be reminded to wash out the shower, Mold inside the shower in the female room. Small lounge area closes at 11pm. The larger longe room windows were open when it was cold outside. Male staff walking into a female room before knocking on the door.

Staff are really nice people. Everyone was extremely helpful and super friendly. They always smiled was very pleasant especially reception and security.

The kitchen was disgusting. There is nothing to use to cook and nothing to even clean with. For such a large packpackers the is a tiny little kitchen which is very inconveniently placed.

Not entirely confident that all the beds had been changed. I chose the one most likely. It was £16 for the night, I wasn't expecting a mini-bar.

This was a bed for a few hours shut eye having arrived late in the evening. Was away sharp. I slept well, had a shower and my bike was unmolested. My needs are simple. The night staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful.
