Could have done with a hand size towel. When I asked at reception, they told me they didn't have them. Would take my own if I stay here again. Not enough hooks in bathroom. Simple things, but would make a difference

Staff very friendly. Room comfortable, shower excellent. Breakfast really good, lots to choose from. Ideally situated for Albert Docks. Didn't have to use our car until we went back home

Everything went well. The room was comfortable with a large and comfortable bed, and the bathroom was well designed with a walk in shower (very important for us). The breakfast was tasty with several choices of food. The staff worked hard to replenish and clean as the hotel was very busy. Parking was also easy which was another big bonus for us, as other hotels in the vicinity don't have the same facilities.

Not guaranteed parking so on first come first served basis, but didn't have an issue always managed to get space.

Comfy room, v.clean. V.good location especially for docks area. But town centre not that far away. Had parking on site £10 per night/day.

The ground floor room although extremely basic was clean and the bed comfortable. I did have a concern that in the event of a fire in the hall way to the room how could one escape through the window as this is one large pane of double glazed glass without an opening, this also prevented opening the window slightly for some fresh air.

The staff were all obliging and all worked very efficiently not just on one task but several, The breakfast area was very workable and food selection was excellent and plentiful, very good in fact continental, a great atmosphere. We will stay at the IBIS again and we are careful on choosing value and location.

One thing we didn't like was the smell coming out from the toilet from our room. We had to open the window during the night.

The location of the hotel is perfect first of all. It's near to the Liverpool ONE, Albert Dock and other main attractions. We didn't need to use any public transports throughout our visits in Liverpool because all the shops are from walking distance. The room we stayed in was decent and value for money. It was cleaned when we arrived. We didn't had any issues with the parking because there are enough parking spaces for everyone and the price for parking was reasonable compare to other hotel parking fees. Also, the staff members were polite and welcomed. Bravo Ibis Liverpool!

The room was exceptionally hot even with the air conditioning on cool, but on the plus side, the window opened, so let a bit of a breeze in.

Warm welcome from reception, we were given a room overlooking the Albert Dock, which was lovely. Location to the arena was just a short walk away. About 10 minutes walk into Liverpool City Centre.

Our particular room was an odd shape with an open wardrobe crammed into a space next to the bed. Yet there was a big space near the door not used, where a wardrobe would have been better placed.

The bathroom tiles was completely loose & came off the floor - reported this to receptionist was told no one works on Sundays! Unfriendly staff , no smiles

Room was small to move round. Bed was massive but no space yo move. Shower leaked bur it did get sorted straight away.
