The breakfast was not great. The bacon tasted of bleach, and the drinks machine was not working properly. Not enough hot food for the guests in the restaurant, and we had to wait You also have to pay for parking, which should be free as a guest.

The pool not open and no menu or welcome info in the rooms. We didn't have any idea if or when the restaurant opened and the cafe always looked shut

Our room was lovely but it was right next door to a staff room so when they came in and out the door slammed and it did wake us up. There was also a lot of noise in the room at times - we think it was the air conditioning unit and the drainage system as every time we flushed the toilet there was a loud noise.

Very modern, close to the town centre and beach, was only a 10 minute walk into town. You can see that it has recently been refurbished (and they are refurbishing the hotel in general) but it looked really nice

I didn’t like the fact that one reason we chose this hotel is because it had a swimming pool, but it was closed for maintenance during our stay and yet we were not informed until I asked about the pool in a message before getting there. We would have preferred having the choice to have a cooked breakfast, but the Continental breakfast was okay. We didn’t like the fact we requested an early check in on Booking.com and was sent a message stating it was approved but when we arrived for 1:00 pm our room was not ready and we had too wait until 3:00 pm.

The property was clean in all areas and we loved our room and our bed was comfortable. We loved the location. barely 8 minutes walk to the town, so shops near by and not far from the beach, but be aware it’s down the cliff so you have to walk down steps. However, there is a walk way leading to the Pier or you can walk straight down the road that also leads to the Pier.

Nothing negative really. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but other than that all good.

Very nice rooms on ground floor with ease of parking right outside the rooms. The breakfast was a little disappointing with plenty of cold and warm meats but no eggs, hash brown etc. as we can’t eat the meat due to our religious beliefs, we were hoping for other hot veg/halal options.

Breakfast was disappointing, not much in the way of hot food options (either a sausage or a cheese and tomato chibatta) but it was fresh and reasonably priced.

Room was very rough around the edges: paint peeling, toilet roll holder hanging off the wall etc. It may have been because I was put in an accessible room but all of the mirrors were too low, including the bathroom so not possible to stand to do hair or makeup. No iron in the room. Shower pressure was extremely low and it wasn’t really possible to properly control the temperature. Shower also didn’t really drain so just a huge puddle left in the wet room style bathroom. Very noisy air conditioning with a drip. Overall felt it was priced very high for the quality of accommodation.

Good location between the station and the beach. Had air conditioning and kept it cool enough in the hot weather. Staff were really friendly. Bed was comfortable.

I think the property needs to be upfront about the swimming pool as it's clearly been out of order for some time and ensure 3rd party sites remove it from the facilities list until it is regularly available. I chose it as a filter, not sure I would have booked the property at the price asked without the pool

Check in and out was smooth, on-site parking was £10 per night probably 20-30 spaces - I never had a problem parking. Room was compact as described and bathroom was a tight squeeze but perfect for a solo traveller, they provide hand/body wash and shampoo. The bed was very comfy and aircon was superb, tea and coffee refilled each day, room cleaned/tidied each day, one USB port with a couple of plug sockets I didn't eat at the venue. It's about a brisk10 minute walk from East Cliff Zig Zag or 15mins to Bournemouth Pier

When leaving, the car had not arrived to move to another place, and I asked the reception to keep the bags for a few hours until the car arrived. Unfortunately, the employee did not accept and I had to carry the bags, knowing that they were heavy bags and I was forced to carry them, even though everything was excellent. However, this negative thing was that there was no cooperation.

They were no drawers in room only 2 hangers. Breakfast was appalling bacon cold,hard and overcooked. This was the only item of a full English you get, the rest was a cold sausage in a very dry sort of roll or one bit of bacon in same type roll, some breakfast cereal. Was told by staff that they didn't do any other food so no evening meals or dinners were on offer in there very large dinning area , draught beer was warm again was told by staff it is how it is. And to pay extra for your breakfast if we had known we wouldn't have paid for it
