The breakfast wasn’t very fresh and seemed rushed. Wouldn’t choose the breakfast option if I was to stay there again.

The location was definitely a great bonus and the Starbucks downstairs was also pretty good. The pool was also a plus as it was cold outside and it was a great way to end the evening after a cold day.

I was a little disappointed that althought I asked for twin room we were given a double. I understand we had standard room booking through booking.com but they should've notified to let us know this request wasn't possible.

I was so happy that the holiday inn staff made me feel so nice on my arrival and in the room with wine and a card for my birthday. Was such a lovely touch.

For being largest holiday inn in Europe I travel a lot and understand hotel rooms Smallest Bathrooms ever had in hotel Stupid Room 2091 TV hard to watch from bed at angle Understand London prices but £17-50p for bloody Mary tomato juice and Vodka ,£14 plus for Chilian wine ??

The room was very dusty and my allergies kicked in by the end of our stay. The carpeting throughout did not help the matter either. The bathroom fogged up quickly but we couldn't turn on the ventilator as it qas clogged with dust, possibly a bit of mold. I know bathrooms in the UK tend to be more humid, but at least the ventilator would need to work properly.

Breakfast was very good and varied, the staff very pleasant and polite. The hotel is in a very good and beautiful neighborhood, close to the tube and busses.

This weekend was booked as a special birthday celebration. The room given was above a flat roof with no view. There was no acknowledgement even though the information was given that this was a special event. The Kingsize room was a disappointment and smaller than described - one had to turn sideways to get into the bathroom. There was only 1 bottle of water in the fridge - yet 2 occupants? The sauna - the most looked forward to part of the stay was Out Of Order!

Facilities within the hotel were all well, and staff were welcoming. The hotel was clean.

Overpriced items at the bar, breakfast restaurant could have been better, there was not much to choose from and half of hot drinks machines were out of order causing long queues.

Location with easy access to tube, local shops and restaurants. Free pool although some facilities were not available.

The tv wasn’t smart - The spa facilities were old and jacuzzi was broken which we were not told about , the pool was 2/3 full of children’s swimming lessons

We stayed for three nights, the first night we had to call the reception because the heating was so noisy, they sent us maintenance and the poor guy started vacuuming in the conducts and told us that he couldn't do much because the conduct needed deep cleaning and there is only one person doing it for the entire hotel. The second night we asked to change room, which we did but it smelled really bad, like humid. Then it started raining and the rain was going through the window......into the bathroom. Overall, very nice position but I have the feeling that the rooms really need to be renovated.

Pillows and bed was awful and uncomfortable. Very lumpy pillows Difficult to control temperature so had to keep windows open for some air. Bathroom tiny and a squeeze

The lights didn't work properly you couldn't have bedside light on unless the main light wa on. Even household services could make them work properly

The door key cards were temperamental.

Fab location easy to reach from the tube. Very clean. Close to shops, restaurants etc. Loved the pool area and long opening times.

Breakfast very busy - quite expensive and missing items from buffet. No beans and wait for eggs.

Room was very small. Condensation was a major issue and there was a damp mouldy patch on the bedroom wall. Bathroom fan isn't powerful enough to help with the condensation from a shower, all walls sopping wet.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The Breakfast was very nice and a good selection for a variety of diets. Bed was nice and comfortable.

- The gym and pool were good, though sadly the sauna and jacuzzi were not functional at the time of visit - The room was lovely and the bed comfy

The room had a musty/smokey smell.

The hotel is very well positioned just off Kensington High Street making it very accessible to the shops and the tube station. The staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. The room was not huge but clean and worked. The breakfast dining area was large with ample food stations. Food was very good.

Excellent courteous and efficient staff from check in and concierge right through to the kitchen and seating staff on breakfast duty, my compliments. Breakfast was excellent, a really impressive choice of foods from traditional to continental with alternate options too. very recommended
