Spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped with lots of additional extras such as breakfast supplies and treats. Excellent location with just a short walk into the centre. Safe off street parking so close to the city centre was a definite bonus. Peter met us at the property to hand over the keys and make sure we were settled in. Thanks Peter We would definitely stay here again.

Peter is an excellent host and had left us a range of tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolates, etc as well as loaf of bread, butter and spreads.

We met the host very friendly,the property is ideally suited to York centre 10min walk,Sainsbury across the road,the property was clean fresh milk in the fridge some very nice touches to make you feel welcome. Definitely stay again.

The apartment was very central and clean, with free parking which was brilliant for the centre of York. The owners were great, they meet us on arrival and showed us how everything worked they also decorated the apartment with banners and balloons for our friends 50th birthday, which was lovely. There was lots of freebies, like milk, biscuits and sweets and a good selection of breakfast items, which was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Peter and Carol

Peter and his wife met us at the apartment and showed us around, they were both lovely. The apartment itself is clean and spacious, it is very well stocked with all the essentials you might require for a stay. It is excellently located within easy walking diatance to the York old town, 5-10 mins max, and only 20ish minutes to the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Cannot fault Riverbank View it was a fabulous spacious modern and lovely apartment. Clean and tidy and fully stocked with absolute everything we needed and more. I have booked go return again for Christmas thank you so much for a fabulous stay over New Year

Location was great, managers of the apartment were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was a nice change from the hotels we had been staying in. It was large and cosy.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment.

We were welcomed warmly by Peter, who showed us around the apartment and informed us how to use the various equipment. We had everything we needed, like milk, butter, etc. Plus, selection of cereals, jams, box of biscuits, and a bowl of chocolates in the living room. It was like home from home. Only a short walk into town.

Peter is so friendly and helpful, we had a great time there, thanks very much again. The apartment is very well equipped, all you need for a few days, including breakfast stuff😊, and very well located, at a walking distance to anywhere in the center of York.

Peter the owner was a delight to deal with. Called earlier in the day for approximate arrival time so he could meet us. Explained everything and even provided all the basic necessities. I was dubious that it was only a 10 minute walk to the Minster...but its true. Highly recommended

Nothing to report we had a great time.

First of all Peter was very welcoming, and explained everything to us, nothing was too much trouble. The little touches like milk, bread, biscuits etc really go a long way. The apartment was clean and well presented. The location was a huge bonus, only a 10 min walk to get into the main area of york. Off road parking really helps saving us paying for parking. The area is quiet with little road noise. I would highly recommend.

Everything was great

It was really nice for us all, the beds were comfy and everything was sparkling clean. Plenty of towels etc. the table was laid out lovely for us and Peter was very thorough showing us around and welcoming us to York which was a great start to our holiday! We were also very grateful of all the breakfast stuff as we had a long trip so it meant we didn’t need to worry for our first morning. The parking was nice and easy and it was great not having to worry about paying for a car park, everything made our stay very easy! If we come back to York we will definitely choose this place again!
