We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLike many people, I have an allergy. In my case to milk. The restaurant I booked had no dishes without milk and could only adapt two main course dishes. Fortunately their is an Asian restaurant on site so I was OK, but I cannot believe that in this day and age, at a location where they have a captive audience, no attempt is made to better cater for people with allergies. It kind of says they don’t really care about their customers.
It is on the airport with good links to both terminals, rooms are comfortable and their check in and out processes are slick.

United KingdomFor the price room was very small. Not what we are used to. Unfortunately, we also overlooked the lobby, which some may like but meant couldn't access any open windows and, if looked out, had ppl across looking over. Would have preferred airport view. Beds were way too soft, as were the pillows, so I woke with severe back pain, although my cousin slept great. And then check in staff misunderstood so had us leaving at 5am so couldn't get into rooms after breakfast. We were able to retrieve our bags but then spent 6 & half hours at the airport before we could go to departures etc. Luckily, it had Wetherspoons with unlimited hot drink refills so all good there.
Location excellent, no transfer fees to terminal Hotel really clean Staff very friendly Food at Vivre best I've ever eaten and staff there amazing. Breakfast was so nice, varied and plentiful cannot fault.

It’s a smart hotel in the North terminal. Bedrooms are very comfy and the restaurant serves decent food. We upgraded to a suite so got access to the lounge who’s had good nibbles and drinks.

Trinidad and TobagoThe club lounge is a bit overrated and the rooms on the top floor were smaller than expected however they were comfortable. The staff service was good but could have been better.
The hotel was easy to find and its easy to get to and from the terminal. I would stay here again for the convenience. The restaurant and lounge was good. The fish and chips and the passionfruit cocktail was nice and the staff service at the lobby restaurant was wonderful.

United KingdomThe staff during check-in and check-out were not very inviting and seemed as if they did not really care or just had a really bad day. Our room was on the first floor and we got woken up by the restaurant's music at 5.30am when breakfast started.
The staff at the restaurant in the evening was impeccable - especially Husain. The bed was super comfortable.
