The bathroom is quite small without any shelves for toiletries and hook for towels and clothes. Also, the bedsheet and bedspread are worn out and not very clean. The mattress is too poor and noisy to sleep on. During the evening when we were back to the room, there was a heavily smell of cooked food which I guessed it came from the kitchen downstairs. Also, I could hear noise when other guests were coming back or passing our room door and people were walking and speaking loudly on the street.

The guest house has excellent location, only 10 minutes to reach shops and local cafe, restaurants. Staffs are very nice and friendly. I booked the en-suit double room so it is convenient during the stay. The room is kept warm which I loved.

Only enough refreshments for one cup of tea each. Maybe some biscuits would be good. Something in the room giving ideas for breakfast and food. Cafe or restaurant recommendations.

Not much to say here really, for £35 I couldn't go wrong. The pillow was quite firm, but I'm having to really nitpick here.

I turned up a little late, but the host was very friendly. He made a great suggestion of going to ride the Mach Loop the next day. The room was great value for money and was exactly what I needed as I was travelling alone. I would definitely visit again

For a price of £35 a night in the exact spot I wanted to be, and with 24 hour parking 5 minutes away for £6, this room hit the bullseye dead centre. Very pleased.

Towels with few red spots and mattress was uneven - one side close to window very hard and low and not very comfy, would use new.kettle as the lid is falling off and would like replentished coffee/tea bags but in terms of.this being guesthouse not complaining really. More local and eco friendly than large hotels.

Loved the house and it's location, nice decor, clean and quiet, stayed at Llwynygog year before as well and my daughter loved it. I managed to shut the door by accident while my daughter was at the toilet and the owner was kind very late at night helping out! Thank you!

It was a little chilly in the morning as the heating wasn’t on in our room. (Although we were very cosy the night before when the heating was on)

The guesthouse is located one street back from the seafront and is a short walk into the town. Parking is in a car park at the end of Queen’s Road and although pay and display is reasonably priced. We received the most wonderful welcome from the owner who showed us to our room and told us everything we needed to know for our stay. We were provided with a room key and a key to the front door of the guesthouse so we could come and go as we pleased. The bed was comfortable and the room well equipped with en-suite, a kettle, tv and free Wi-Fi. We stayed one night and were very happy. It’s an ideal stop over if like us you are visiting the university.
