Water was so hot, did let reception know was anniversary not much done most hotels we have stayed have gone above and beyond but nothing really much to complain about

The room was tired and dull, as was the bathroom. The shower screen seal was black and the toiletries were fastened to the wall! The wardrobe had chips out of it and the decor was dull

No water in our room, machine in the lobby had run out of water and couldn't get some from the bar. Needed to take evening tablets. Had to leave the hotel to buy a drink of water. They said bathroom water wasn't drinking water.

Standard room was large and open. Ensuite large. Great powerful shower. Very clean.

Tv and Netflix and music didn’t connect and room was freezing cold, staff had to bring up heaters as the AC and heating system wasn’t working properly.

The room we stayed in was 218. It was a good size and had everything in. It was however let down slightly by its slightly grubby detail. For example, the room is decorated well but there are nicks in the wardrobe paint and there was a stain on the carpet by the bed. There was also a coffee or juice stain on the white skirting board by the bin,

As s couple we had a smaller room than our friend who was on her own.

Just a few finishing touches. Like this is not a cheap hotel but there was no bottles of water in the room. Which is something I’d expect.

Decor and lighting very grey and gloomy . Music too loud in restaurant. No hot water in room. Some of the staff in the restaurant were unhelpful and disingenuous.

Comfortable beds. Food was nice,especially breakfast. Helpful with storage of bags. Some staff were nice.

Room 320.Had the TV in rather a precarious position, when you laid in bed, you couldn’t see the full screen as it had half of the TV stand, blocking its view. I ordered room service food, it’s arrived quickly and was tasty. However, two ingredients were missing from the description on the menu. I ordered a Moroccan flatbread that came without the crisps and without toasted nuts. In the morning, when I went down to breakfast, I had to be moved to a different area mid food as one of your chandeliers was faulty and it’s flickering bulbs were very distracting and could’ve possibly triggered my glaucoma, your staff were friendly and efficient in helping me to do so.

Slight problem with my bed was meant to have it sorted out whilst I was out shopping but it didn’t get done so very uncomfortable didn’t have best of sleep n was cold but sister from that minor thing. The staff hotel location n breakfast was very nice
