Restaurant not easily accessible. Pints expensive. Mold in bathroom. Bathroom fixtures could’ve been cleaner. TV too small.

The restaurant was not open for breakfast. I could get a breakfast bapp. Food and drinks at bar were pricey. Location was great. Access to beach was easy.

I booked two rooms and asked for them to be next to each other. I received an email to say my request was accepted, but when I booked in the hotel, the rooms were in different corridors.

Inside the hotel is clean and tidy. Good location and value for your money.

Bathroom needed a little tlc. Every time the door was opened the ceiling vent made a loud noise. Broken chair on balcony, although this was changed on request.

If I had to be picky, it might be the fact that our hotel door had a massive chunk of wood missing from the bottom of the door.

The view from the room was great! Staff were friendly, the room was nice plenty of space and the breakfast was good.

Room 328 and bathroom was a bit small - but only 1 night so not an issue Hotel is tired in places but being refurbished. I/d be happy to return

The staff were very friendly but didn’t have much of a clue when I went to the front desk as pointed out by a sign “ask at front desk” we saw a dog wash station for dogs paws and felt to be polite and wash her feet before walking dirty sandy/muddy paws through the hotel lobby. A young girl asked one member of staff out back who said ask management she radioed over to manger and he came out he also said oh I saw the sign but don’t have a clue I’ll ask another manager I stood there waiting for him to return and no return I walk out the front and there he was doing something by the pool clearly escaped the question. We come to check out at the end not realising we had to pay for parking we didn’t see this on the booking description and felt with paying money to stay the parking shouldn’t of cost us £15 per night to have a car sitting there it should of been told to us whilst checking in so we would of chosen not to park there. Yet I go to toilet after to see a sign at the back of the door “free parking when you book with us” for why isit I pay to park if I don’t doesn’t make any sense.

The hotel is in a great location, is very dog friendly and made us feel very welcome to have our dog with us. Our room was very good, very comtable bed and lovely sea view.

Some areas of the hotel were a little tatty but that didn't affect our enjoyment and renovations are planned and the cleaning in the bathroom wasn't great. Room was large enough for our needs. If we'd stayed longer would have preferred larger space

There was mould in the bathroom which could easily be removed and LOTS of dust on the carpet near the headboard of the bed which again could be easily removed but this didn’t ruin our stay

The shower in our room could do with a new shower head, water was leaking from it at each point. This was the only negative.

Very friendly, helpful people on reception, breakfast room and bar. Hotel in a good location. Room was comfortable and a nice size. Toiletries used were nice. Like the fact it is dog friendly and the little touches, we plan to come back with our dog. Unfortunately due to the time of year the pool was closed.

I thought the breakfast was over priced for what there was. . The room and hotel were quite hot but I understand that some guests may prefer this.
