The room could have been a bit larger especially as it was classed as a double room. The shower was very small and very inadequate The douvet was very lumpy and uncomfortable

Reception staff not helpful at all !!! Bar and food staff excellent!! Kettle in room couldn’t be filled as to big for tap 🚰 No bottles of complimentary water 💦 Towels big enough for a Child! No heating !! No air conditioning!! Hotel full from all of us from malvern show and breakfast starting at 8am ment we would be late to our show !! So need to give there cook a extra hour work when most of the customers are from the local show !!

Superbly located at one of the access points to the Malvern Hills walks, with glorious views from the public rooms of the Priory Church ( a two minute walk away). Staff were friendly and attentive.

In this instance is was hard to fault anything. As is common in many hotels the bedside lights gave poor light for reading. The sink in the bathroom drained tad slowly. The trap, I guess, could do with a clean out.

We got a lovely room overlooking the Priory (she dawn photo) and it was quite despite being above the roadway. The hotel is excellently placed both for the town and the route up onto the Malvern Hills. Breakfast excellent. Bed superb.

When buzzy, the staff can get sidetracked and forget to bring things you have asked for.

The location of this hotel is an outstanding feature. It is right at the foot if the Malvern Hills and the views from my window over the town were just stunning. The room was beautiful. Really comfy bed, lovely desk, places to sit and read and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was well-equipped. Lovely shower and everything sparkling clean. The breakfast was lovely and although porridge was not on the menu the chef made some forme on request and it was great! Also used the conference room which was light and airy and plenty of space with reliable audiovisual equipment and plenty of refreshments provided.

Breakfast was limited in choices. There wasn’t much choice on cereal or fruit, and no nuts. Nor were there any pastries and only jam or marmalade. If you were staying more than a couple of days, it would become boring. There are quite a lots of stairs to move around the hotel. If you have mobility issues, this isn’t the hotel for you. We had one evening meal in the restaurant. I’m veggie and the meal I selected was, in my opinion, unpleasant and I didn’t eat it. The staff were apologetic and without prompting said we wouldn’t be charged for it. I thought that was very considerate.

Our room appeared to be recently refurbished. I particularly liked the amount of cupboard space, the size of the room and space to put toiletries in the bathroom. And it was a real double bed rather than just two singles pushed together that you fall between! There was space for us to park in the hotel car park without a problem. The location was excellent.

My room was in an Annex up quite a few stairs, overlooking the kitchen. Bit noisy. The room was quite small, and the Bathroom was TINY.

The hotel has lots of stairs to access rooms and the restaurant, this was not a problem for us though. Breakfast was nice but could have been served a bit hotter.

Great location, nice outdoor area. Close to the Malvern Hill trail, accessed by the 99 steps. There are lots of shops, cafes and points of interest close by.

The only problem was that room 8 was not exactly on ground level as there were steps for my wife to climb who uses a walker. Also she has to use stairs to get to the restaurant. Otherwise exit hotel entrance to car park then walk down by the road and enter the restaurant at the front. Really the hotel not suitably accessible for disabled guests.

Enjoyed the cooked breakfast. We were well looked after by Ben who served our breakfast. Lovely view of the nearby park.
