Soundproofing could be better

Nothing all was above expectations

The breakfast was excellent, well cooked and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Food served in the evening had a good selection and again was served and presented to a high standard. Really enjoyable.

It’s location is superb. It’s just few minutes drive away from Lulworth cove. The view from our room was fantastic. Quiet and serene which was very relaxing. The food from the restaurant was extraordinary. We all love the food from breakfast to dinner. Very friendly staff too 😊

Room comfortable. Bar and restaurant very good. Starter and main course too large for us so settled for two starters plus dessert which in hindsight was again a little too much. Bar and restaurant staff very good.

The beds in the second bedroom were uncomfortable and very squeaky. Our son did not have the best night.

Lovely village location. Rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable bed in main bedroom, spacious and very clean. It was super warm too. Property is in a lovely village location, the restaurant was beautiful with great food. We had dinner and breakfast and could not fault any of it. They also have a pool table and darts which were good fun in the evening. We really enjoyed the place.

The emergency exit light in the bedroom shines over the bed and interrupts sleeping . The placement of the bed is not good in relation to the door

The wifi in my room was very weak and I could not use it for checking emails etc. This was probably because my room was upstairs at the back of the hotel (overlooking the valley) and so probably distant from any wifi router. However, the wifi in the bar and restaurant was good.

The food and drink (dinner and breakfast) were very good and the service was good.

One stop over, huge room n double bed, really good bar, absolutely lovely food, friendly chatty staff, awesome breakfast.....yep, fair to say, I quite enjoyed my stay!! 👌👍

The room was a lovely size with lots of light flooding in but the heating went off and the room was cold through the night My breakfast was ok my daughters vegetarian option was a let down for her due to quality of vegetarian products used

Loved the help and support of Jack and his team altering my booking requirements at short notice and making us so welcome with an early check in as we needed to change travel clothes for the funeral we were attending locally that day

Having to leave!

Beautiful room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Generous supply of tea and coffee plus hot chocolate and biscuits. Good choice at breakfast to suit all tastes. Evening meals in the pub were delicious. All members of staff were friendly and helpful.
