Everything was great, the only thing was that there were no blinds on our room window, only curtains. This let a lot of light in and disturbed our sleep! Good job we wanted to be up early ish anyways.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely reception area, restaurant/bar and pool/gym/spa. The room was spacious and well equipped, we also had a lovely view. Our favourite part was definitely the pool, you have to book a slot and get supplied with a towel, robe and slippers which we loved! It was so relaxing and aesthetically pleasing! The location is very central and lots of things within walking distance.

Only downside was no parking at the hotel, but plenty of car parks nearby.

Great location surrounded by lots of bars and restaraunts. The room was a really good size and had no noise at all. We also used the pool/spa which was great.

Spa is maybe a little too busy to get the right atmosphere. The jacuzzi is a little small, and it's lacking a cold plunge. Most drinks are the right price for what they are, but some are overly expensive. The coke for example is expensive because it's the glass bottle version.

Spacious rooms, comfy bed, big TV, etc, much more than basic. Gym is large with everything you'd need. Spa is pretty good. Two bars are nice with lots of variety. Buffet breakfast is very good with large selection including a separate menu.

The reception staff were quite stuffy and a bit rude as I had requested a twin room twice and they hadn't got one available at the time. This was made ready by the time we came back. The man who stood on the concierge desk taking the cases, was very abrupt and unsociable for the job he was in. The evening staff were happy and friendly a totally different feeling given altogether. The spa was warm and friendly, although not having used it before it would have been nice if she moved from behind the desk instead of pointing out areas. The breakfast was very good, just a bit let down as one member of staff sat us down, then no one arrived to explain where it was or how and what we could order. The man on the next table kindly did this. Overall we had a good stay and would stay there again now I know more what to do myself not to rely on the staff who could probably do with a refresher course in customer service.

The hotel was very bright airy and had all modern facilities. It was a good location, but I had put near Piccadilly station in search and it was a long way to walk from there. The spa was nice and easy to book and use.The breakfast was very good choices and quality.

It was so pretty and clean, the person, I think his name was Danny, helping us at Check-in was so lovely and attentive. He was so kind and really made us feel comfortable. He was really smiley, and made our stay 10x better from the get-go.

There was nothing not to like!

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Beautiful room with comfy bed and great bedding. Fantastic well equipped (Technogym) hotel gym and spa, wonderful Champagne Bar where we ate dinner. The food was outstanding! Unfortunately I was only there for one night. It will definitely be my first choice of hotels when I return. Location is perfect too!

I found a black mark in my bath and the room was dusty apart from that the whole stay in general was very nice and would recommend to anyone.

It was the Manchester marathon so was a lot more expensive than usual.

I was there for the marathon and breakfast could have been made earlier in light of the high level of participants staying at the hotel. The chrome cast was also down in the rooms.

The property is really in a good location for bars and many restaurants for meals , is clean and well presented
