We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThe bar is table service only and very slow service with staff not seeming to be working together. I had to wait 15 minutes to pay because there were not enough staff. The restaurant food was good but I had to get up and get my own condiments etc as I was not offered any. This let’s the good quality of the hotel down.

overnight stay for early flight. easy reception and as always pleasant staff. Room a great improvement on room 2024 and similar one on my last stay this stay room had a comfortable chair as well as the desk chair and also Tv was not positioned so you had to turn your head to watch it.
