There wasn't anything that we didn't like. We have stayed in the hotel many times over the years and every time we go it feels like we're coming to our St Andrews home.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff are amazing with nothing being too much trouble. Breakfast overlooking the Old Course was superb. The choice and quality were excellent.

Breakfast was very slow, even though the hotel was not busy. On the second morning our order wasn't delivered and we had to re-order, meaning that it was very rushed and we had to leave much of it.

Fantastic hotel. Professional, friendly, personable staff. Elite Golf Club atmosphere. Every guest is treated like a celebrity by the staff. Andy led us to one of the best rooms at the end of the hotel with a large picture window overlooking the 18th hole and a corner window looking out on the Old Bridge. WHAT VIEWS!!! Dinner in the Bridge was one of best meals we had in Scotland. A kind staff member took us straight to a table at the large windows overlooking the golf course. They give you the best available room and table at your arrival times. We had breakfast there also at the same perfect table. There was a large variety of delicious choices for Breakfast. We will stay here on every trip and bring family and refer it to everyone we know.

Breakfast a bit hectic had to wait a while then wrong one came and fruit & main breakfast came at same time had to ask for toast twice and by that time our breakfast was finished.

Nothing! It was perfect!

The room view was amazing. We stayed in room 507 which overlooked the 18th hole of the Old Course with an ocean view. The service and staff was immpecible. The hotel supplied golf clubs .It had 3 different restaurants on site from a casual pub, pasta, pizza to an upscale rooftop restaurant. The location was convient to St Andrews and the bus stop. We will be back!

Everyone of the staff we dealt with were excellent. We were there with our daughter and her husband for their anniversary and they were given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Very kind. Will be back.

Everything about the hotel was superb, the grand period features and decor was beautiful. The breakfast and restaurants couldn’t fault. Room facing 18-hole of the old course was luxurious. Can’t wait to stay again!

The only thing that comes to mind is that the coffee machine was broken at breakfast so only filter coffee was available.

The room was beautiful with a huge comfortable bed and lots of luxurious furnishings.

Breakfast was very slow. Took 30mins to get poached eggs. Noisy - doors slamming both in the one under restaurant and when trying to go to sleep.

Great location and staff made you feel special We received an upgrade which we appreciated both the size of the room and a view of the course which I thought we had a view anyway.
