We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very good hotel. Very nice big room. Bed was realy comfortable. Tea and coffee making available in the room. Very nice shower. Nice and quiet stay. Location..... well, it is on a motorway, but that's by choice. For us convenient for our trip. Good price/stay balance. And very friendly staff.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was nice to have tissues supplied. I had expected it to be rather noisy given its proximity to the service area and the motorway but it was fine.

Check in was easy and the receptionist was extremely pleasant / helpful. The location is great, with the services across the path. The rate for the room was great. It was a spacious room and one of the most comfiest beds I've slept in. Tea facility a bonus! The room smelt fresh and clean. I would stay here again on my way to Gatwick for an early flight.

United KingdomObviously being on the motorway, local access was slightly tricky, but as former locals we found the way round without too much difficulty. Some directions would have been useful however, and the access code on our booking didn't operate the free entry to the car parking as we had expected it to.
We had a double bed each which meant we had a marvellous night's sleep! It was also much quieter than expected and incredible value for money. It was the nearest hotel to the party venue we were visiting.
