Little niggles- chairs in the bedroom squeaked. It would have been good if there had been USB ports uncorperated in the sockets. There was an awful smell in the bathroom - possibly from the drain. Housekeeping dealt with it as soon as we reported it.

Everything! Updated room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was really good. The food was varied and hot meals were hot. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The day trip mid-week was a pleasant surprise...even though it rained. Furnishings in the public areas were plush and very comfy, with a choice of sofas and chairs. Entertainment was varied every night.

All staff couldn't do enough. Lovely,polite &friendly. Meals delicious and plenty. No problem if asking for extras. Waiting staff so polite and efficient. Cleaners are friendly and good at their job. Bar staff professional and friendly . Reception helpful. Would recommend for all ages.

We enjoyed the food, views, facilities (including a pool and hot tub), the close proximity of the hotel to all the actions in the town, and the friendly staff and hotel guests. The bus and tram stops were literally just across the street from the hotel. We'd definitely book again!

The rooms available above the entertainment centre may not be suitable for people that would like to retire before the artists/DJ have finished their performance for the night. Anyone that would require less noise or have a child with them would be advised to ask for a room in a quieter part of the hotel. Other than this I cannot fault anything about the property.

The food measures were very sparse to say the least & the room despite being great inside, was so sweltering hot. Could not sleep in here.

There was nothing not to like.

Excellent value for money. Staff and food were outstanding, plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment, bingo and excursion included in the amazing value. Will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of travelling to Blackpool, it’s now our only hotel that we will return to. Thank you to everyone at the Sheraton Hotel Blackpool, your all amazing.

My husband didn’t like the bed he thought it was too hard. It was fine for me. We didn’t like the entertainment on the Saturday evening called Pass the Popcorn. It wasn’t just that it wasn’t to our taste we just thought that they weren’t very good.

Nicely decorated hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. There were some renovations taking place and unfortunately when we got to our room there was no shower head in the shower. I went to reception and was assured that this would be sorted for us and were given 2 £5 drinks vouchers whilst it was done. The evening meal and breakfast on both days were excellent. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the entertainment on the Friday evening.

Cobwebs, on the ceiling coving.The hotel was far too hot everywhere. Last orders for drinks, was signalled by flashing lights...very dated, and early!

Only a little qualm. Don't like dining next to anybody . Other times we've had a table a little away but appreciate that you were very busy.

Everything there that I required. Loved the fruit . Yoghurt and porridge always welcome.
