My only little personal preference that would have been nice is if there was a tall mirror on the back of the door or somewhere in the apartment.this would have been nice for getting ready etc. but it certainly didn't take away from the apartment. Maybe this could be considered in the future.

The apartment was lovely, very clean, nice décor, the bed was very comfortable. The extra snacks in the apartment was a very nice touch. The apartment was close enough to everything some good bars and restaurants nearby, we couldn't hear anything from the room surprisingly it was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and polite. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Not a big issue as you don’t notice it all of the time because of the layout of the apartment, but our windows looked onto concrete multistorey car park.

Loads of space, well equipped kitchen area. Robes and slippers included. The staff were brilliant and being able to leave our bags after checkout was a bonus. Well situated for shopping and plenty of restaurants near by. Great M&S food hall less than 10 mins walk as are Tesco and Sansburys local stores if you’re self catering.

Fabulous apartments! Very spacious; well-furnished, plenty of room. Snacks and drinks provided. Very comfortable room and bed. We stayed in a very quiet studio and really enjoyed our stay.

It wasn't awful or anything, but worth knowing that there is a very popular themed bar, which was below our window, so the noise from the street until the early hours is noticeable if you are looking for something quieter, but it is in a great location for nearby entertainment, so somewhat understandable

Great, central location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Suite was a very good size for a couple with all the amenities expected for a short stay. Addition of welcome gift of wine, soft drinks and snacks was a great touch. Staff were friendly and available for information, and all areas of the hotel were clean and well presented.

Location in the Merchant City, and proximity to Queen Street station. Apartments are spacious and well equipped.
